Falta de aire acondicionado o ventilador, deben dejar claro el código de conducta a los demás clientes ya que en 2 ocasiones intentaron abrir la puerta
La habitación en general, pero las camas, muy cómodas 💓

I thought that the work that had gone into making this place enjoyable was substantial. The layout with share amenities was very well done. The atmosphere was perfect and offered a good home base. We came to visit the butterflies in the mountains and our host, was exceptional who got us a taxi at a reasonable rate for the day, i think it was 100 cnd dollars. The taxi driver who took us also stopped and bought us a present! wow impressed.
Located on the main strip opposite a gas station and on top of a 24hr restaurant this location had extreme traffic noice. Fortunately i was travelling with ear plugs that help pass the night in comfort. If you are travelling bring ear plugs as you are going to need them in this frenetic paced country.
An issue that seems to be prevalent with Mexican plumbing is that the hot and cold water compete when you are taking a shower, one moment hot, step away, another moment cold. For some reason, the water pressure of the hot and cold is unequal causing the heat to rapidly fluctuate during the shower in the end i just turned it to cold and had a good shower.
Me encanto la habitación, me gusto el entorno de la habitación, baño regadera, todo super limpio, la atención por medio de WhatsApp y llamada así como el trato fue de 10.
El ruido, había demasiado ruido en la habitación y es hasta cierto punto comprensible debido a la ubicación de esta, pero de ahí en fuera todo lo demás esta super bien.
Neuf et fonctionnel
L’enregistrement a l’hôtel se fait de façon autonome, cela fonctionne bien. Il n’y a pas de personnel sur place. Par contre, pour toute question cela se fait par WhatsApp la réponse est rapide mais pas convivial. C’est très impersonnelle.
Il faut savoir qu’on est près du centre donc c’est plutôt bruyant même la nuit.

The staff is amazing (they are not on site but very responsive and helpfull) and the rooms are very nicely designed. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms have good water pressure. There is a supermarket a block away.
All rooms have windows onto the road so it can be a tad noisy. The town can be a convieniant base for seeing the butterflies, but has little else to offer.

Buena estancia, un lugar limpio, solo faltaría detallar algunos espacios dentro del baño, pero es un lugar cerca del centro y aunque en mi caso toda la comunicación fue por WhatsApp fue buena. Si volvería a hospedarme en el lugar.
Le falta un closet a las habitaciones y enchufes cerca de las camas, pero son detalles.

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Inky ever spoke to the owner via WhatsApp, but she was extremely helpful with the logistics of getting to the pyramids, and using public transport to visit El Rosario.
The only downside is that is just above a very busy street, so windows needed to stay closed for both sound and fumes. Also a bit dark in the room, as it would get too hot with curtains open. No mini fridge in the room.
