Cons:

La verdad el personal de la mañ de recepción amables pero las de la tarde muy despotas y los señores de mantenimiento y vigilantes amables , m pusieron una multa de 500 pesos porque mi hijo l gano d la pipí, la alberca muy fea y la agua muy fría, llegaba uno de la calle cansado y no avía agua caliente para uno bañarse tenias que salir a avisarles , no tenía tezarraz para poder uno oriar la ropa, no tenía servicio de restaurante km dice, no avía cambio de camas como en otros hoteles, m cobraron 400 pesos más por aser e el chekin antes cuando en otros hoteles uno puede llegar a la hora que llegue uno d dnde viene. Mientras tu ayas echo la recepción el día equis, la verdad no lo recomiendo

Son empático, tienen elevador para personas de la tercera edad que tienen que usar apoyo ( sillas de ruedas, bastón o muletas)

Limpieza y tranquilidad
Pros:

Las habitaciones y la limpieza del hotel, es un hotel para ir a dormir, no tiene gran alberca ni vistas pero para solo dormir tranquilo está muy bien
