Personalet var meget venlige og nærværende. Ved ankomsten blev jeg vist rundt på hotellet og fik alt forklaret. Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker med stort udvalg af hjemmelavede produkter lavet af lokale, naturlige råvarer. Alt blev også her gennemgået og forklaret.

L'albergo è un piccolo gioiello nel cuore di Acqui. La gentilezza del personale accompagna il cliente, con discrezione e tatto, durante tutto il soggiorno. Le camere, ampie e ben organizzate, spiccano per pulizia e tranquillità. La colazione è varia e bene curata. La struttura è inoltre dotata di un grazioso centro benessere con solarium.

Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux (on m'a octroyé une chambre supérieure alors que j'avais réservé une chambre basique). La chambre était très spacieuse, très bien équipée et étonnamment calme alors que la vue est sur la voie ferrée.
Les dames de l'accueil font tout pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous (et elles y sont très bien arrivées dans mon cas!)
Le petit déjeuner est à base de produits locaux et de cuisine faite maison.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé à deux pas du centre historique.
Je regrette seulement de ne pas avoir profité plus de l'hôtel puisque je partais le matin et rentrais le soir.

Alors que j'attendais mes collègues dehors, un pigeon a fait ses besoins sur moi (un vrai attentat!) mais je ne pense pas que qui que ce soit puisse y faire quelque chose...

I wish I could have stayed longer.
Pros:

The breakfast was a complete delight, one of the best I have had in a hotel. A combination of outstanding food quality (meats and cheeses for example, cooked to order crepes and home made cakes and family relishes for the cheese) with personal and friendly service throughout - made for a lovely visit.
