The facilities met all our expectations, including the double glazed windows which made the room pleasantly quiet. But the winning feature was the couple who own the place. Their hospitality knows no end, starting with a bottle of pretty decent homemade wine to welcome us and followed the next morning by a breakfast treat of truly royal dimensions. We were offered help with any issue we had, and support that went way beyond what we could dream of. If it wasn't for prior arrangements, we would have loved to stay longer. Their warmth and hospitality knows no limits.

Hotel familiar gestionado por una pareja muy atenta y amable; nos invitaron a vino hecho por ellos y nos recomendaron sitio para cenar. La habitación era muy amplia y con vistas a la fortaleza. El desayuno espectacular, muy variado y rico. Sin duda, muy buena opción para alojarse en la zona. Repetiría sin duda.

Прекрасный отель с очень доброжелательными и гостеприимными хозяевами. Постоянно спрашивали, всё ли у нас хорошо, угостили домашним вином, подали вкуснейший завтрак, который можно съесть только вдесятером. Из окна видна крепость, рядом куча ресторанов и магазинов. Очень рекомендую.

Muchas cosas me gustaron de este hotel pero sin duda mención especial a sus dueños por su extrema amabilidad, desde el recibimiento hasta a la hora de irnos, en donde estuvieron esperando a que arrancáramos el coche simplemente para decir adiós. Se nota que quieren que te sientas como un invitado en su casa y no como un cliente. El hotel es la parte de arriba de una casa en donde existen tres habitaciones y una sala común que se puede utilizar tanto para ver la tele como para comer o tomar un café. El desayuno también hay que indicarlo como punto positivo ya que es verdaderamente abundante e imposible de acabar por la cantidad de cosa que incluye.

We asked for Swans made out of towels, and got them (The only place to do it out of 5 places we asked).
Also, the family that runs the place is very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.
The breakfast was delicious. The location is 1 minute walking from the castle.

I can't say enough good about this hotel. When we walked in, we were greeted with homemade wine and cake (I still wish I had asked for the recipe). We were offered a larger room than the one we had booked because it was open during our stay. All of the spaces were comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were incredibly plentiful, varied, and fresh. The hosts truly want everyone to feel at home and to truly enjoy their city.

Прекрасного завтрака, который по нашей просьбе приготовили нам вечером в связи с очень ранним выездом, нам хватило на весь день пути до Кападокии. Географически место старта из Грузии в Турцию лучше не придумаешь. Граница пустая (в отличии от Сарпи), а дня перед отъездом как раз хватает посетить местную достопремечательность крепость Рабат, поужинать в ресторане рядом и выпить во дворе бокал домашнего вина предложенный хозяевами. Мы в восторге от Ахалцихе! Рады, что решили поехать именно через этот красивый город и вдвойне рады что нам попался именно этот отель с такими гостеприимными хозяевами.

The host was amazing. The place was clean, had air conditioning and the breakfast was very big. The guest house is within the castle grounds. You can walk to restaurants, the castle, and the town in a few minutes.

Прекрасный маленький семейный отель в самом центре Ахалцихе- в историческом центре! С фантастическим видом на крепость прямо из номера!!! Чудесное отношение хозяев отеля! Отличный завтрак! Уже останавливались здесь. С удовольствием вернулись бы еще!

Beautiful, stylish, clean and comfortable rooms, with georgeous views of the fortress and the city, the most delicious breakfast we ever had, but at the heart of it are the hosts - the kindest, nicest and most welcoming people we could imagine. We wish to come back!

Increíble. Acogedor, ubicación perfecta. Nos trataron como reyes, con un desayuno inmejorable que no te puedes acabar. El mejor hotel que he probado en Georgia.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Julia Hotel. Son emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la forteresse de Rabati, ce qui permet de tout visiter facilement à pied.

Mais ce qui rend cet endroit vraiment exceptionnel, c’est l’accueil. Toute la famille est d’une gentillesse, d’une disponibilité et d’une générosité remarquables. Nous avons eu l’impression d’être reçus comme des amis plutôt que comme de simples clients.

Le propriétaire nous a emmenés en excursion jusqu’à Vardzia. Ce n’était pas un simple trajet : il a pris le temps de nous faire découvrir les plus beaux points de vue, des monastères, des lieux méconnus des touristes et les meilleurs endroits pour faire des photos. Cette journée restera l’un des plus beaux souvenirs de notre voyage en Géorgie.

Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement exceptionnel : une immense table garnie de fruits frais, d’une délicieuse omelette, de gâteaux maison et de nombreuses autres spécialités. Impossible de tout goûter tellement il y en a !

La chambre est très confortable, avec un excellent lit, de magnifiques draps brodés et une salle de bain moderne, spacieuse et impeccable.

Le Julia Hotel est un charmant mini-hôtel de seulement trois chambres, ce qui lui donne une ambiance calme et familiale. La famille vit juste en dessous et l’on ressent immédiatement cette chaleureuse hospitalité géorgienne qui fait tout le charme du pays.

Nous recommandons cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation. Si nous revenons un jour dans la région d’Akhaltsikhé, c’est ici que nous séjournerons de nouveau. Merci à toute la famille pour ces merveilleux moments !

Husband and wife team were so friendly, kind and thoughtful. Homemade breakfast, wine, tea, cake and coffee was provided. Very generous and good value. Situated right across from the castle. The perfect spot to explore. The owners also do affordable private transfers to other Georgian cities

Das Zimmer war super und die Gastgeber waren unglaublich lieb!
Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Nacht.
Das Frühstück hat uns überwältigt. Es war sehr liebevoll angerichtet und super lecker. Wir konnten garnicht aufessen, da es so viel war :)
