Best bed I slept in during all my trip. The hosts were incredible and helped me out with everything I needed. Also the best breakfast. Would recommned this place for any type of traveler (from solo to families). And the location is superb

This is an amazing place to stay in every respect: cleanliness, comfort, meals, and location. Beyond that, the entire family went above and beyond to assist us with everything.
Since my husband has significant walking difficulties, the owner Seiran helped him up and down the stairs and even took our rental car to be washed. His son Armen kindly drove me to exchange money, and Bella, the wonderful host, was exceptionally attentive to all our needs.
Bella also recommended the nearby restaurant Gamarjoba, where Rozana and her family served delicious meals with remarkable warmth, saving us the search for dinner options. Only at a family-run hotel like this could we receive such heartfelt hospitality and care.

It was like home away from home. The guesthouse owners were so warm and hospitable. Breakfast was HUGE and delicious. I never take cheese normally but the khachapuri was really tasty. And it is literally steps away from Rabati Fortress.

Liebevoll gestaltete , sehr saubere Unterkunft mit wunderschönen Garten und Aussicht. Das Essen ist das beste, das wir bisher hatten. Also eine Reise wert.

Beautiful place, lovely hosts and good food.

We liked the atmosphere, which is more “guest house” than (impersonal) “hotel” . Hosts Bella and Sarin were very helpful, the breakfast was outstanding and Sarin offers a competitively-priced taxi service too. The location is excellent- very central, Bella also recommended a restaurant very close by, which was very good value for money.

The owners were helpful and so nice during my whole stay. They speak English which makes things easier. They would do anything to help you and to give you the right information for your trip in Georgia. My room was very nice and the breakfast was enormous and tasty!

L'accueil de Bella et sa famille a été très agréable. Famille charmante.
La chambre était propre. Le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

Such a warm welcome from the sweetest hosts! Highly recommend staying here. Great breakfast and great location close to the castle and a short walk to lots of restaurants. Easy to park on the street in front of the place.

I can't imagine that there is a better place to stay in Akhaltsikhe. Location is steps away from Rabati, rooms were perfectly clean, breakfast was delicious and huge. Most of all, we loved the general demeanor of the hosts. Absolutely some of the kindest, most helpful people we have ever been around. They were always smiling and just had the warmest way of interacting with us, but never invasive or overbearing, and it never felt gratuitous, but very genuine.
