Preis-Leistung ist gut. Der Kaffee im angrenzenden Cafe ist exzellent.

Cons:

das Bett hat geknarzt. Die Matratze mittelprächtig. Wenn das Zimmer zur Bahnstrecke hin liegt, hört man jede Zugeinfahrt und Durchsage. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte nach einem Zimmer zur anderen Seite fragen.

No frills, good value for money, hotel located right at the railway station.
Pros:

The hotel was ideally located at the railway station (buses go from the station to the town centre frequently). The room was a reasonable size and the staff, in the cafe below, were helpful. Breakfast can be bought in the cafe, with hotel guests getting 20% discount on purchases, which makes breakfast very reasonably priced.

Cons:

No lift; there are a lot of stairs to the first floor. Note that the room is in the roofspace so has a sloping ceiling in part and a rooflight rather than a normal window. Obviously being at a station there is some noise from trains, announcements etc, but those did not really disturb us.

Pros:

Es war alles super. Aber man bekommt KEINE Rechnung. Auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung. Die Telefonnummer ist falsch. Man kann niemanden erreichen. So kann man die Reise dienstlich nicht abrechnen.
