Nothing every thing bad
When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at reception. Eventually, a staff member from the restaurant came and had to speak to someone on the phone because she was not trained or experienced in reception duties.
Initially, she gave me two small rooms, even though I had booked two Double Deluxe rooms. The hotel furniture was old, worn, and in poor condition.
Our rooms were on the second floor, and there was no lift. My mother is elderly and has a back disc problem, so she found it extremely difficult to reach the room using the stairs.
The breakfast was also very poor. Overall, the hotel was completely unsuitable for us, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I will never stay at this hotel again.

gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer
keine zusätzliche Zimmerausstattung (nicht einmal ein Wasserkocher). Sehr enttäuschend war, dass es kein glutenfreies Frühstück gab, obwohl ich vorgängig per E-Mail angefragt habe (wurde mir zugesichert) und auch am Vorabend nochmals nachgefragt habe (wurde mir erneut zugesichert).

I gave this property a 10 because it fulfilled all our needs. We were traveling by bicycle and there was underground parking where we could park and lock our bikes. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was Swiss clean, beds comfortable, good shower/ water pressure/ hot water. There were fans available. Restaurants nearby, breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was not as extensive as others but did have a great coffee machine, limited meat and cheese, bread and jam. Also eggs and cereal.
I would return.
The price was a little high, but this is Switzerland.
