Great hotel for a visit to Smokey mountains
Pros:

Quiet and comfortable, very good location for smokies and restaurants and shops of Bryson city. Not super luxury but very comfortable

Cons:

Shower could be a bit more powerful
Apart from that nothing , all great

I am very disappointed.
Pros:

Everything was great with the one exception of the bed.

Cons:

The bed was so bad, we will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone stay here.

Muy contentos con nuestro alojamiento en Bryson City
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, prácticamente en el centro de Bryson City y cuenta con parking descubierto sin cargo. El desayuno de cortesía es variado y fue una agradable sorpresa.
El staff es muy atento y nos brindó información sobre algunas consultas que hicimos sobre el pueblo.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was stocked and offered a good variety. I love the pool area but wished it was heated. Overall a wonderful stay and definitely will be back.
