As advertised. Liked the balcony, even on the back corner. Nice, quiet stay
Pros:

NA/ did not even look in there. Went to McDonald’s by plan…need that protein.

Cons:

Wait to check in was getting ridiculous, waiting behind a pair of couples with some special requirements.
Not the check-in woman’s fault, but we all get to deal with oblivious people.

The location was excellent. We could walk around the town and grab dinner, dessert, drinks, and we could walk to the train.
We loved the balcony off of our room. Cozy vibes, and very clean. Well maintained!

The hotel is not in a great part of town. The view was spoiled by a major construction project.
