Highly recommended especially if you have children.
Pros:

The hotel was very good and the cleaner was always there to clean everyday even she can’t speak English but try her best and make sure your stay and so were the owners both couple are really easy to approach especially the wife Angelie ( if I am correct with her name) anyway she very good at entertaining the guest , she makes sure that you have everything you need. Her husband is also nice and good cook , the food is really good my son loves their food. The area is close to airport , beach and restaurants and coffee shops, the swimming was the best for my son 😊. The location of the hotel is the best , and it’s really good especially if you have family with children. The ambiance is a little bit mix of tropical place it’s reminds me of my home country ( it’s away from home but feels like home) the gardens really well taking care of.

Just Right
Pros:

The Mirana was perfect for our needs. Very close to the airport, very easy to find. The staff were lovely, and there's not much more to say really, as we arrived at 10pm and left at 10 am the following morning. But yes, the impression it left means I will definitely be booking again on return trips

Pros:

Es war sehr sauber und ruhig, die MitarbeiterInnen freundlich und eine sehr gute Küche!

Cons:

Am Pool durfte man nicht essen! Trinken am Pool war nur möglich wenn man von dem Hotel bestellt hat, von außen Getränke mitzubringen war verboten!
Ich hatte einwenig das Gefühl, ich muss immer aufpassen…!

It was the best holiday ever.
Pros:

Amazing and extremely accommodating staff. I can't wait to return here. My family was welcomed warmly and we had the best family holiday so far. The room was spacious, water pressure was great and mattresses and sofa was comfortable beyond my expectations. Thank you everyone!

Cons:

For a family hotel it is surprising to be met with such bad service and bad communication. All questions were perceived as a problem, no flexibility. Facilities were ok for the price, but we didn't feel comfortable.

Chambre grande et large
Pros:

Un accueil agréable, on vous attend devant le portail. Un accueil rare. C’est un hôtel familial et en effet l’accueil l’est vraiment.
Les propriétaires sont aimables, souriants, ce qui est rare en Bulgarie.

Cons:

C’est un hôtel ancien, mais très propre. Il ne faut pas juger sévèrement cet endroit qui est maintenu dans un bel état.

Pros:

Все очень понравилось. Очень сытный завтрак. Ребенок с удовольствием кушал все. Очень понравилось, что на територии отеля есть кафе. Можно и пообедать и поужинать. С ребенком это максимально удобно. Хозяева отеля очень приветливые, помогали со всеми вопросами. Так же рядом проходит автобус на котором можно за 30 минут доехать до центра. Мы посетила археологический музей, погуляли по центральным улицам, сходили на набережную очень длинную и красивую. Сходили на выставку песочных фигур. Также недалеко от ателя есть авиа музей. Так что было чем занятся не только лежать на пляже. И еще на теритоии есть бассенй, что тоже очень круто, когда не хочется пачкаться в песке или купатся с водорослями. Максимально довольна отдыхом в этом ателе.

Cons:

Не понравилось качество интернета.
