Pros:

Needs replacement of old furniture or else painting to feel afresh and warm. Staff are well mannered and cordial. Restaurant needs to be established.

Pros:

Located very close to the main city center and the interstate bus terminal, neat and clean, with more or less all amenities. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Nothing much, but may be add a refrigerator and a heater. Change towels more regularly.
