部屋は快適で居心地満点。スタッフにお客へサービスを提供する気持ちがもっと優しく育まれていればもっと居心地の良さが高まっただろう。
Pros:

初めて訪れる街だったこともあり日本のガイドブックで高い評価を得ていたのであえて選んだ。17セクターというのはこの都市のセンター的な場所で商店街も近くにあり確かに地の利はとても良かった。部屋もガイドブックの紹介通り清潔で２泊間の居心地はとても良かった。窓から見えるあたりも静かな環境で落ち着くことができた。

Cons:

朝食付き、の部屋と理解して予約したが、実際には朝食はついていない。フロントへ注文のうえ別途支払いが必要だという。しかも単価が高い。そこで私は二日とも外へ出て地元民と同じ簡単な朝食プレート（60~100ルピー前後）とチャイ（20〜30ルピー）をいただいて済ませた。２泊した。１泊目後に部屋の清掃を頼んだ。しかし部屋にはバスタオル、ハンドタオルなどいっさいなし。不足があったらフロントへ電話を、と言われていたが、部屋の電話は故障なのかつながらない。毎回３階の部屋からフロントへ降りてインターネットのパスワードを教えて欲しい、水もお湯もないが・・・、朝食は含まれているのか？石鹸がほしい、バスタオル・ハンドタオルが欲しい、と訴えた。ようやく届いたバスタオルは驚くことに洗濯後で濡れたままだった、が、こちらもシャワーを浴びてすぐに使うから我慢したが、部屋の清掃や衛生や清潔さを売りにするなら、このようなホスピタリティにも気遣うべきである。
