Pros:

Lugar cómodo, cerca del centro.
Acogedor el personal, el joven que nos recibió un amor de persona, muy atento y simpático, las damas que trabajan ahi también muy agradables.
El desayuno muy rico y fresco .
Volveríamos sin duda en unas próximas vacaciones !!

The reception team was very nice and helpful, the shower was excellent

Cons:

I stayed in the room just next to the main door of the hotel and infront of the reception, so everytime some guest entered I heard the bell, even in the night so I could not sleep well

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado en el centro de concepcion. Esta como a 26 minutos a pie del terminal, pero si no quieres caminar pasa locomoción a cada rato. Además donde quieras ir desde el hotel pasan buses a una o dos cuadras en calle Maipú para ir a diferentes sectores 😁👍.
Y los desayunos son excelentes 😋.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and lots of food options nearby. Breakfast was simple but good and delivered to your room. Good quality for the price in general.

Cons:

We stayed 5 nights and room could have been cleaned at least once throughout our stay but this is not a deal breaker and I’m sure we could have asked.

Las intalación las camas con malos colchones los televisores con control que no funcionan bien el baño se le salía el agua espacio muy reducido para colocar la mesa
