Comfortable in every way.
Pros:

We had Sunday lunch. We arrived early but they let us eat earlier. The meal was very good. Breakfast room is lovely quiet, good service and was a good all round wholesome breakfast.

Cons:

This was our third visit. There was nothing we did not like about The Snowy owl. It lived up to our expectations.

Staff in restaurant evening where friendly phone was a bit snotty as was breakfast staff lots of repairs needed all around the facilities uncomfortable beds situated in a nice place and has potential to be a really nice place

Great place but needs some tlc
Pros:

Staff excellent, great food, super location for walk at Lady of the North

Cons:

Poor furniture in dinning area, very worn arms of chairs.
On off fan noise near bedroom 18 kept wife awake

Lovely, helpful staff who looked after us well
Pros:

The food was very good but much to much for people with small appetites like us.

Cons:

It was quite noisy with doors slamming and running up the stairs next to our room.

Pros:

Bedroom nice and comfortable

Cons:

Food service took 1 hour and 15 min for 1 course to be served. Rude waitress.

Cooked breakfast nice, but they did not have the usual cereal and fruit options to help yourself.
