The manager was harassing me to pay cash. The information on website does not correlate to the actual scenario in terms of location. Quite far away from Dharamshala
There was nothing in buffet as all the breakfast area was empty
Just one person was doing all the jobs
He took our order which was limited items and brought to our rooms in about an hour and still missing few things
We kept looking for hotel when arrived but hotel name was different than described in online booking
Lift was not working , bathroom door not closing with ease as handle was broken
Shower handle was broken, bed sheets were dirty and torn,
Didn’t except all that for what it was described.
Hotel Manager said he will give discount and asked me to tell booking.com we did not check in.
