Cons:

I spent there 2 night for 305€ I was unlucky that was the period of an Hexibition at Düsseldorf Messe.
Parking for free found at 320mt. From hotel
Not nice to bring 2 big suitcase.
In front of the hotel a parking place is reserved , yes for the owner of the hotel or his son not sure for the guests to unload / load the luggage.
Arrived at 11am the owner ask me 6€ extra for the taxes , OK. I ask for the invoice with the right name of my company he complains that the taxes number was too long was no place on the invoice to write it down .I had to insist and be categorical . I NEED IT.
Next morning he came to my room with 2 invoices
I had to pay 10€ more because he gave me a room with a bathroom inside and I payed for a room with bathroom outside (room that I suppose was occupied when I arrived)
I paid because I didn't want to make discussions for 10€ I'm focused on my work.
Room was big they keep it almost clean
I don't know how to say it seems to be in the house of your poor grandparents but is a personal opinion please see the images.
The bathroom smells of sewerage maybe something is not ok on the toilet drain pipes was better to keep the bathroom(for which I paid 10€ mir) door close .
Unfortunately when I arrived it was completely open and window a little open so all the room smelled of this nice flavour.
When I leave I walked downstair with two big heavy suitcase a meet the service woman she said to me :
"I need the key of the room ".
It is so nice on the morning to meet this kindliness.
I was also so kindly to say NO I'M still not finish I have some stuff in the Room.

No more , nie wieder , Mai più.

Good location close to transport, tram and bus, quiet area, warm room, wifi Internet

Cons:

Very old furniture, looks dirty and some really dirty, no glasses or any plates, forks, spoons, pillows are so flat that need to fold it several times to sleep, no USB sockets, very old towels, one of its was just ripped but staff changed after request

Bad experience hotel and local taxi. City nice and tidy

Cons:

Matteress very bad condition .17 inch old model tv & doesn't work. No receptionist for any need. No USB port for mobile charging and old style switch only for two legs charger.
Bathroom shower leaking water and one samley towel and rough quality .room furniture need replacement. One old lady trying to charge you extra money on arrival apart of 6 euros in cash city tax she asked me another 10 euros. Local taxi charge you 5 time more then uber / bolt .

Unfreundlich, extrem unflexibel, sehr schlechter Service, kundenfeindlich
Cons:

Die getätigte Buchung war für eine Freundin, die eine weiter Anreise hatte. Gegen Mittag stellte ich fest, das die geplante Ankunft in Düsseldorf nicht gegen 18 Uhr wie geplant sein wird, sondern sich wegen extremen Staus auf der Reise auf etwa 21 Uhr verschiebt. Auf Rückfrage beim Hotel, die als Check in Zeiten 12 - 20 Uhr angeben, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ein Check in nach 20 Uhr ausgeschlossen ist, da die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist und jeder Gast dann nur mit Schlüssel, den er beim Check in erhält, Zugang hat. Die Buchung war auf den Namen meiner Freundin erfolgt, die Zahlung und die Email Adresse an welche die Buchungsbestätigung und Rechnung gingen, waren auf meinen Namen registriert. Somit erbat ich, mir den Hotel / Zimmerschlüssel auszuhändigen, damit ich meine Freundin in das Zimmer lassen kann. Die wurde abgelehnt, das Zimmer stünde zu den vereinbarten Bedingungen bereit, keine Ausnahme und keine Stornierung möglich. Auch Booking konnte nicht helfen, die Managerin blieb dabei, kein Check in nach 20 Uhr, keine Schlüsselabgabe an mich und 100% Bezahlung, obwohl es klar war, dass meine Freundin das Zimmer nicht nutzen kann. Und das in einer Woche, wo in Düsseldorf wegen verschiedener Messen keine freien Zimmer verfügbar waren, dass Zimmer hätte bei Freigabe sofort einen anderen Suchenden erfreut.

Zimmer dreckig, kleiderbügel waren aus einem anderen hotel geklaut, klopapier war leer, flecken auf dem bett, nach dem schlafen war ein pullover dreckig. 72 euro sind für das zimmer zu viel.

Everything was truly terrible, and it was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was so bad that I couldn’t stay the night. Just two hours after checking in, even though it was New Year’s Eve and I had traveled to Düsseldorf to celebrate New Year’s, I decided to check out and go somewhere else to stay.”
