Artus Hotel

No me gustó los cargos adicionales por una mejor habitación, en la página te muestran algo y en la realidad es otra cosa para luego ofrecerte una habitación mejor por mas plata en el momento.
No tiene buena ubicación, hay que caminar mucho para llegar a un lugar de comida.
Poca privacidad y demasiado control de parte de la persona que nos hospeda.
El alojamiento relacion precio calidad no me parece correcto, ya que la calidad no es tan buena

I did not like the bad state of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room and the bathroom were so dirty even after I asked the hotel staff to please clean the room and the bathroom.

I spent there 2 night for 305€ I was unlucky that was the period of an Hexibition at Düsseldorf Messe.
Parking for free found at 320mt. From hotel
Not nice to bring 2 big suitcase.
In front of the hotel a parking place is reserved , yes for the owner of the hotel or his son not sure for the guests to unload / load the luggage.
Arrived at 11am the owner ask me 6€ extra for the taxes , OK. I ask for the invoice with the right name of my company he complains that the taxes number was too long was no place on the invoice to write it down .I had to insist and be categorical . I NEED IT.
Next morning he came to my room with 2 invoices
I had to pay 10€ more because he gave me a room with a bathroom inside and I payed for a room with bathroom outside (room that I suppose was occupied when I arrived)
I paid because I didn't want to make discussions for 10€ I'm focused on my work.
Room was big they keep it almost clean
I don't know how to say it seems to be in the house of your poor grandparents but is a personal opinion please see the images.
The bathroom smells of sewerage maybe something is not ok on the toilet drain pipes was better to keep the bathroom(for which I paid 10€ mir) door close .
Unfortunately when I arrived it was completely open and window a little open so all the room smelled of this nice flavour.
When I leave I walked downstair with two big heavy suitcase a meet the service woman she said to me :
"I need the key of the room ".
It is so nice on the morning to meet this kindliness.
I was also so kindly to say NO I'M still not finish I have some stuff in the Room.

Matratze sehr alt einfach eklig sehr unbequem

Very old furniture, looks dirty and some really dirty, no glasses or any plates, forks, spoons, pillows are so flat that need to fold it several times to sleep, no USB sockets, very old towels, one of its was just ripped but staff changed after request

Matteress very bad condition .17 inch old model tv & doesn't work. No receptionist for any need. No USB port for mobile charging and old style switch only for two legs charger.
Bathroom shower leaking water and one samley towel and rough quality .room furniture need replacement. One old lady trying to charge you extra money on arrival apart of 6 euros in cash city tax she asked me another 10 euros. Local taxi charge you 5 time more then uber / bolt .
