Rolig og stille omgivelser.
Varme rom med vanskeligheter for å lufte. Det meste på hotellet virket slitt.
Helt katastrofal frokost. Så vidt noen skiver frukt å få tak i. Ferdig oppskjært brød og lite pålegg. For den som ikke liker tradisjonell skotsk frokost, var det helt krise. Små endringer i frokosten ville ha vært et enormt pluss. Virket som om hotellet gikk på sparebluss.
Chambre simple et confortable.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer selbst war mangelhaft. Der Safe ließ sich nicht öffnen, eines der Einzelbetten war instabil, von den zwei Fernsehern konnte nur einer eingeschaltet werden, die Zimmertür ließ sich nicht abschließen und das Fenster nicht schließen. Einen Kühlschrank gab es nicht. Der Handtuchheizer blieb während unseres Aufenthaltes kalt. Das Zimmer war einigermaßen sauber, wenngleich verwohnt.
Das Schwimmbad ist ausreichend groß, es gibt ein kleines Babybecken. Die Benutzung des Spa-Bereichs (Sauna, Dampfbad, Whirlpool) ist erst ab 18 Jahren gestattet. Schwimmbad und Spa-Bereich sind recht sauber.
Das Frühstück war selbst nach britischem Standard überschaubar.

El grifo de agua fría del lavabo habitación 30 está obturado y casi no sale agua.
Desde el jueves hasta el lunes, 5 días y 4 noches, no hubo servicio de habitaciones. No recogieron las bolsas de basura, ni limpiaron baños ni cambiaron toallas. No entraron a ninguna de las 3 habitaciones que teníamos contratadas.
The peace and quiet of the location of the hotel. The wellbeing centre is awesome.
The food and drinks are reasonably priced, and the service is impeccable.
Most of the staff is friendly and very helpful.
We had an issue with the order, with the evening meal, due to short staff, and lack of communication. The staff dealt with the problem, efficiently and to our satisfaction, and they more than compensated for their error, and couldn't be more helpful and apologetic. We were more than satisfied with the way, the issue was handled.
In our experience, the toilet pressure is less than desirable, but it didn't affect our excellent stay.
Close to where we needed to be clean as could be staff friendly
Room was nice
Toilet non functional and not attended to during period of stay despite multiple reports to staff. TV problem added to disappointment.

Towels in the room would have been good, had to ask at reception for these.
Nulla, dal momento che all’arrivo senza alcun preavviso e senza nemmeno scusarsi ci hanno comunicato che non avevano le camere disponibili ( prenotate un anno prima) e senza sapere nulla ci hanno dirottato su un altro hotel di categoria inferiore e senza colazione inclusa. Un vero incubo!

The decor is worn/dated
The hotel was very noisy due to the presence of a school group
The menu choices for dinner were limited and the quality was not good value for money
Serving staff were disinterested and unresponsive e.g. didn't bring water with dinner, despite being asked 3 times.
