Pros:

The hotel is neat,with a great view but the staff wasn't friendly,we didn't get any assistance ecold

Toilet smelling before we even used it

Single bed was by the door
There was a window on top of the bed by the entrance
The window did not have burglar bar on top of that pop

Room directly next to the elevator

No key to safe had to ask for one

They put 1 water bottle instead of 3

The base of the bed was dirty

No small table for eating
One chair and one stool when we booked for 3 people

There was dirt under the bed

Miscommunication and cleaners attitude
Pros:

The sea view and being in a convenient place

Cons:

The rules which were not cleared indicated ,when you taking the towel to the swim ,no you cant do that you go to the reception deposit a towel,kids wanted to swim the morning ,no until break period has ended,all those rules you are being communicated while you are ready to go and swim not prior or when checking in.
When were checking out the cleaner came to our room while we're moving our items to go and check out ,with no greeting she just came in and started working mind you we still checking cupboards and bathrooms ensuring that we are not leaving anything behind
