Pros:

We stayed for one night as a stop over.
The view was beautiful from sea facing rooms. Staff was helpful with complaints.

Cons:

The room had a bad smell that lingered.
No bar fridge.
Floors were not cleaned/vacuumed.
Very noisy area.
Toilet had a leak in one of the rooms. Instead of moving rooms, we were told to "bang" it.

Okay. I wish they can improve on cleanliness, and also fumigate the rooms.
Pros:

The sea view and location of the hotel.
The room is so spacious and very comfortable for a family.
The guy who was at the reception was kind and helpful.

Cons:

The first room we got the bed side lamps were not working, and we needed them as we have a baby.
They moved us to another room. The cockroaches started coming out, and we reported this, they first suggested giving us DOOM to spray in the room. Which we declined, because you cannot spray a chemical and remain in the room.
They moved us to another room, this room's carpet was full of stains, and also had cockroaches. We decided that we were not going to complain anymore and just stay as this was now around 11pm.

Pros:

Nice location next to Beach and major shops and the reception lady and security officer were very nice. Room are convenient for family, really loved that.

Cons:

Room and lifts were not clean. Found some old smelly water in the kettle in room 705. Found some cockroachin room 211, the light we not working. They had to change it. Maybe the room must have a microwave and bar fridge. Hotel have a lot of potential, just need a little TLC.
