Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Piste. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Betten sind auch gut.

Cons:

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist an der oberen Grenze. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass nicht einmal ein Tischlein seinen Platz fand. Betten sind neu, alles andere Alt. Welness ist im Zimmerpreis der für das Zimmerli eher hoch ist nicht inbegriffen. Ohne Reservation bis am Mittag, war das Essen am Abend nicht gewünscht. Es gibt keinen Aufzug.

Lage + Frühstück

Cons:

Wellness kostet zusätzlich (lächerlich!), Fön im Zimmer kaputt, zu wenig Duschmittel/Shampoo, Wasser im Zimmer nicht aufgefüllt.

Wir konnten unser Auto am nächsten Tag stehen lassen und direkt mit den Skiern zum Skilift, sehr bequem.

Ausgezeichnete Küche
Da wie selber Gastronomen sind wissen wir von was wir reden.
Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.
Sehr zu empfehlen um eine Auszeit zu nehmen und gut Essen.

Das Personal war nett und das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut.
Es hat ein grosses Spielzimmer,einen Tischtennistisch und einen Billiardtisch.

Cons:

Leider keinen Lift.
Das die Sauna extra kostet für den teuren Preis.

Super cozy, charming hotel. Clean, warm. Fondue 🫕 was amazingly delicious. Proper Swiss experience :)

Only suggestion would be to have some sort of heater for snowboard/ski boots. Heater in my room was cold ( even though it was warm in my room ) so my boots stayed wet :(

Die lage war super

Leider war unser empfang von der Geschäftsleitung sehr unfreundlich, Als wir uns für das essen entscheiden durften hatte sie keine geduld uns dies zu erklären( auch den rest vom Hotel als sei alles selbstverständlich- nur die checkin sachen in die hand gedrückt), auch die Bettwäsche für unser Kind hat sie uns nicht gebracht - Ein Tag drauf mussten wir am Abend nochmals nachfragen!
Als Ich dies der Mitarbeiterin am Empfang am dritten Tag gesagt habe, meinte sie die Chefin wird such noch bei uns melden , bis heute haben wir nichts von ihr gehört.

Restaurant sehr chaotisch , vieles hat auch gefellt.
Messer beim Käse ( für den Brie) . Butter war nicht zugedeckt/ Hygiene nicht so toll.

Dusche / Bad in den Ecken schimmel!
Zimmer vom vorgäger am boden in der ecke ein zettel/ nicht wirklich gut gepuzt.
