Wilpattu Wildhideaway Lodge

Kind and welcoming owners. After a hot day visiting Anuradhapura being welcomed with a fresh juice has been very pleasant! The hotel is as showed in the photo. We dined there and the dinner was very good (in any case, there are few places near Willpattu where you can eat so is a plus having the hotel with a good restaurant). In the back of the property there is also a lake where you may see elephant drink at the end of the day. We didn’t made the safari with them but with our driver and in the end it was a mistake, same price but we did not see basically any animals..in any case, the staff provided us with take away breakfast (at 5am) and welcomed us at the end of the safari with fresh towels. We checked out after the safari. In the end, perfect stay considering the price!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Gastgeber ausgesprochen freundlich und das Essen war richtig lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

La amabilidad del dueño, se adaptó a nuestros horarios, con check in y cena antes de tiempo. Además, le adaptó el menú sin gluten a mi mujer.
La cama era cómoda y la ubicación perfecta. A solo 10 minutos del parque nacional.

Tutto ottimo! Ci hanno accolto con un delizioso succo di anguria e preparato un'ottima cena abbondante, ascoltando le nostre richieste alimentari. La camera era fresca (il proprietario si era premurato di chiederci l'orario di arrivo per accendere l'aria condizionata), spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario.
Posizione comoda per visitare il parco nazionale di Wilpattu, dista qualche minuto in macchina. Ci hanno organizzato il safari all'alba: il driver era gentile e competente e ci hanno preparato una buona colazione (mangiata sulla jeep a metà mattina).

Vriendelijke ontvangst, lekker eten, heel dicht bij het park. Leuke achtertuin, mooie sterrenhemel.

לודג קטן על הדרך לשמורה, חדרים פשוטים אבל נוחים מאוד, מיטות נוחות, מזגן מצוין, איש הצוות היה צמוד אלינו ונענה מיד לכל בקשה בחיוך.

Ideale ligging, basic maar kamers met fijne bedden en het diner was heerlijk. De georganiseerde safari was ook super met lekker ontbijt en lunch. Ook de guide was top tijdens de safari.

L'atenció del propietari ha sigut excepcional, des d'abans d'arribar a l'illa va estar pendent de que tinguessim tot el que necessitàvem.
Ens va enllestir els àpats que necessitavem d'una qualitat molt alta.
I el safari que ens van organitzar va tenir tot el que necessitàvem, aigua freda, esmorzar i dinar.

Fijne plek op korte afstand van de ingang van Wilpattu NP. Goed verzorgd, vriendelijke mensen en heerlijk gegeten.

Communicatie liep super. De accommodatie was erg schoon en koel met een goed werkende airco. De ligging is perfect, met hun eigen jeep kun je zo naar Wilpattu voor een safari. Je bent in een paar minuten. Ze regelen alles graag voor je en doen dat perfect. Ze hebben voor ons het vervoer geregeld naar onze volgende accommodatie. Dat was prima voor elkaar met een goed busje en fijne chauffeur. Het eten was goed verzorgd en lekker. Het ontbijt en de lunch lunchpakketjes die ze meegeven voor tijdens de safari zijn heel prima! Het personeel is ongelofelijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij voelden ons er heel erg thuis en zouden deze accomodatie iedereen aanbevelen!

Un sitio muy bien ubicado si quieres hacer el safari con ellos. El hotel nos encantó en plena naturaleza pero en la carretera principal con muy buena comida. Y vimos leopardo que era lo que queríamos asiq muy bien.

Tout était parfait. L’accueil très professionnel avec un jus de pastèque. La chambre était fonctionnelle et confortable. Les repas du soir juste excellent. Des quantités généreuses et surtout c’était très bon! Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin et le lieu a un emplacement parfait à quelques mètres d’un lac très paisible où il est agréable d’y faire un tour. L’organisation du safari était également très bien.
