I recommend it for adult students who are focused on their work.
Pros:

I liked that the university where I was doing my research internship was just one minute from my hotel. The hotel is small, but very comfortable, with very fast Wi-Fi. The neighbors were quite quiet and busy. Everything suited me in terms of price and quality. I recommend it for adult students who are focused on their work.
