A nice holiday in a family run hotel in a stunning location
Pros:

The views from the balcony are stunning, the room is comfortable and the location is very handy for the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant food was expensive, but then everything seemed to be expensive in Switzerland.
It was really nice food that we had when we had the Saturday night grill.

Freundlichkeit des Personals im Restaurant personenabhängig.
Keine Minibar, kein Zimmerservice.
Kein Smart-TV, somit auch kein Streaming möglich.

Pros:

The property is beautiful and very clean. It is cozy and charming and was the perfect stay in Grindelwald!

Cons:

Hotel with Excellent Location
Pros:

1) The hotel is very close to the train station, as well as to shops and restaurants. A very convenient location.
2) Staff responded to our requests very quickly, provided each room with a fan.
3) A nice view of the Eiger from our room - Superior Twin Room with Balcony

Cons:

The small road leading to the hotel is a bit steep. Be prepared that it would make some effort to roll a heavy luggage up the road.

It was lovely, staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the rooms were super with a good view.
Pros:

Well situated near the centre of town and the station.

Cons:

Maybe in the really hot weather it would have been nice to have a fan in the bedroom as they are not air conditioned,

Amazing staff, great location, easy parking and perfect Alpine views.
Pros:

Perfect location and staff was amazing, specially Mia. The team was helpful with everything that was asked and gave amazing recommendations for hikes and things to do in the area. Was a perfect hotel for my family. Parking was easy, the rooms were spacious and well maintained.
