DISGUSTING - PLEASE DON'T BOOK!!!!

I can't believe I paid 200 euros for this kind of "accommodation"... The bathroom is simply appalling... Thank God I only spent one night here, because it was disgusting. Is it so hard to do some minor repairs, paint the walls, or update the facilities and the radiator? Even hostel rooms look better than this "hotel." There is nothing good to say about the breakfast, either... Everything here was bad. I deeply regret staying here, especially at that price. I wouldn't even pay 50 euros for accommodation like this. It was the worst place I've stayed in Switzerland. Please, don't ruin your vacation—DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!

Pros:

Pleasant staff, I have a disability and I’m not sure if it was more of their staff, family or neighbors but they noticed my disability and provided easier ways to navigate the steep hill nearby. Definitely a small town that takes care of each other and it extends to guest of this property. Views from room and restaurant are fantastic.

Cons:

I have no complaints about the property. Advice though, if traffic controller near the Bahnhof will not let you turn in, call the property to have traffic controller addressed.

Pros:

ロケーション自体は駅から近く、またメイン通りから少し入ったところにあるので静かだった。

Cons:

スタッフは可もなく不可もなく、という感じ。特にフレンドリーでもなかった。朝食の開始時間7時30分に行っても毎回少し待たされた。また、3日間の滞在中、タオル交換は無し。3日目の夕方、たまたまハウスキーパーの人に会ったので、交換してもらったが、宿泊料金が高い割にはサービス、バスルームの設備等満足のいくものではなかった。部屋にトイレッとペーパの予備が置いてなかったため、夜8時ごろレセプションに行っても誰もおらず、併設のコインランドリーを使用するのに両替に行っても同様で待たされることが多かった。ツェルマットのホテルの方が料金は安かったのに部屋の設備、スタッフがとてもよかっただけに、つい比較してしまいました。

Pros:

The location was so perfect for getting to the train and the town. We were tired after hiking & it was nice to be so convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable!! The view from the room was amazing I could have sat on the balcony all day. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. We felt very welcome.

最高に幸福なステイ
Pros:

駅から近く便利。掃除が行き届いていて清潔で使いやすい部屋だった。また、洗濯乾燥機がありとても助かった。
スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで気持ちのいい滞在ができた。バルコニーからの絶景はいつまででも見ていたいと思った。

絶景アイガービュー
Pros:

グリンデルワルドの駅の本当にすぐ隣に位置しており、坂が結構な角度ですが、バルコニーからのアイガーが目の前に迫ってくるような圧巻のビューが素晴らしかったです。朝食もシンプルですが丁寧に作られていて、アットホームの雰囲気でスタッフもフレンドリーで素朴な方々で好感が持てました。お部屋も水回りも清潔に整えてあり良い印象でした。

Cons:

強いて言えば、コインランドリーの使い方が分かりにくいのと、乾燥機の設定温度が高過ぎて靴下が縮んでしまった事ぐらいでしょう。

ロケーションも朝食も最高だよ！
Pros:

なにより素晴らしいのはロケーション！アイガーが眺められる部屋で、バルコニーでボーッとする時間が何より贅沢な時間だった。建物自体は年季が入ってるようだったけど、お部屋はリフォーム済みでとても綺麗だった。
朝食もかなり美味しくて、スイス旅行の中でもダントツこのホテルの朝食が思い出に残っている！
駅から近いのも便利で、またスイスに行く際は必ず立ち寄りたいホテル。

Wonderful
Pros:

The Staff were great and the location was wonderful. Being within short walking distance to the entire town and close to the Train Depot, made access very easy. Also, the views out of our window of the mountains were wonderful. Their restaurant was first class. Great dinners and great breakfasts.
