The main issue is the lack of professionalism in handling guests. Housekeeping is disorganized and does not follow a fixed schedule. The reception staff appear uncoordinated and communication among them seems weak. However, the security staff are excellent and very helpful. The air conditioning is not satisfactory, and the food quality is only average.
