Pros:

The view!! Absolutely beautiful view. Free ice cream station was so good. My husband tried the Onsen and really enjoyed it. You could get free drinks and ice lollies after your Onsen.
Free water taxi.

Cons:

The beds were pretty hard and only one pillow supplied per bed. Very small room and dated bathroom. Not much food options near the hotel.

Pros:

Nos sorprendió el onsen del hotel, gratuito para los clientes. Las instalaciones y todo lo que ofrecen para tu comodidad, helados, cerveza, bebidas, etc.. unas vistas increíbles. Una pena solo pasar una noche allí.

Cons:

El poder llegar, tienen un shuttle bus, pero no lo sabes hasta que llegas al hotel.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great location over looking Miyajima and the free shuttle bus to and from the station was a big bonus. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the free ice cream and drinks were great.

Cons:

The only think I would say, and it’s more a personal choice but I found the pillow very hard and deep and would have preferred an option on the type of pillow.

Une halte confortable pour visiter Miyajima
Pros:

La vue magnifique sur la mer et l’île, le confort de la chambre, le petit déjeuner, l’environnement très japonais (nous étions les deux seules occidentales dans l’hôtel)

Cons:

La salle de bain lilliputienne.
Le fait qu’il aurait fallu réserver le dîner 48 heures à l’avance
Très peu de documents traduits en anglais

お風呂上がりのドリンク夕ご飯のドリンク飲み放題最高でした。
お風呂も朝早くから夜遅くまで入れて良かったです。
お食事も美味しくすごく良かったです。また牡蠣の美味しい時期に来たいです。

お風呂の脱衣所が髪の毛だらけだったのが気になりました。

食事が美味しかったし、種類も豊富だった、アルコール大好きな私たちには、種類がたくんあり楽しめました。飲み放題‼️最高‼️
お風呂あがりの無料のドリンク、アイスも嬉しい、楽しい。
浴衣、シャンプー選べるなんていいです。女性は嬉しい
露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。
とにかく何もかも最高‼️
無料送迎バス有り難かったです。便数多いし助かりました。

ホテルから宮島まで直接行ける船が残念ながら、予約いっぱいで乗れなかった。

地點離JR宮島口站不逺，有接駁車其實蠻方便的，就算沒有搭上車，走路也大概10-15分鐘。往宮島或是下瀨美術館，以及錦帶橋觀光，都很方便。
有直接往宮島的船班可以預約，但挺搶手的，記得提前向櫃檯登機。
浴場算大，泡起來也舒服，除了一般保養品外，還有各牌的洗髮精、潤絲可以使用，洗後有啤酒、沙瓦、冰棒、養樂多可拿。
大廳有free drink，下午checkin 的時間有霜淇淋可吃，很不錯。
餐點我訂了2個附早餐和1個附早晚餐的，採半自助式，餐點還行，自助式的菜色中規中矩，但晚餐有全酒類無限暢飲，啤酒、紅白酒、清酒、燒灼都有，滿歡樂的。

Hotel has an amazing location and staff was very nice. They operate a frequent shuttle from the station, which was very helpful. You need to pre book breakfast and dinner, can be sold out fast. However there are some dinner options. We had one breakfast, which was absolutely amazing!

Cons:

Rooms can be a bit small if you travel with a lot of luggage. Also, it might be better to pay for seaside view, since in the other side there is a large road and very frequented railway.

Es war trotzdem schön!! Meine Familie hat es genossen!!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das vorreservierte Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Die Thermalbäder waren hervorragend, und alles war super sauber. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttlebus-Service an!

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite bekommen. Leider war der Verkehr selbst am späten Abend noch laut.
