孫がずっとここに居たいと言ってました
Pros:

4回目の宿泊でしたが
毎回、食事もお風呂もスタッフさんも
最高でした。
風呂上がりのドリンク　シャンプーを自分で
選べたり子供のお菓子提供といい
全て最高です。ありがとうございました
また、行きたいです。

Friendly and attentive staff, and a useful shuttle bus service to the local station. The room was clean, and there is a complimentary drinks area with coffee, teas and other soft drinks.

Cons:

You have to reserve two days early if you want to eat dinner at the hotel, which we didn't know. Thankfully there are local restaurants though.

Stunning Views & Amentities!
Pros:

This has got to be one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at! The staff was amazing and so accomodating. We used the onsen and it was an amazing experience! The breakfast buffet (western and traditional japanese) was amazing. The views were stunning! The shuttle that takes you to the shuttle is a huge help heading back to our next place. The proximity to the ferry is something you can't beat.

Nice place to stay if you want to explore Miyajima and have relaxing time in the evening.
Pros:

Very nice place overall. The breakfast was good, and the onsen was clean and spacious. The yukatas were cute and available to use during the stay; my daughter especially liked being able to choose from different patterns. The beds were comfortable, and the view of Miyajima Island was magnificent. The ferry to Miyajima is about a 10–15-minute walk away.

Cons:

The room is a bit small for a family of three.

Amazing hotel! Friendly stuff, very clean and spacious room. Great view from the restaurant and lobby. A lot of free services such as drinks, beer, ice cream, water taxi and more. Onsen was incredible. Very good food for breakfast and dinner - worth the price.

Pros:

1番印象に残ったことは一階ロビーにある女子トイレに女性用ナプキンが常時併設されていたことです。
大浴場の隣に設置されているからということもあるんだろうけど、外出先で先ず月のものが始まってしまわれた方や外出時に高齢の方で失禁してしまわれた方など、ナプキンは多様に必要とされる方がいらっしゃいます。
誰でも入れる一階のトイレに設置されてるところにホテルのおもてなしの心を見たように感じました。

食事も朝晩のコースにしましたが、夜にはお刺身のお作りと前菜が3品毎回出て先ず（フリードリンク内）生ビール2杯ぐらいそれでいただきながら90分バイキングで好きなものを取り最後にはコーヒーとプチデザートまでいただき毎回お腹いっぱいでした。前菜の3品も毎回いろんな味を楽しませてくださり大満足でした。

Cons:

全て素敵だったけれど、ご飯に添える香の物の味の塩味が強かったし、ふりかけも広島菜を使ったものと玉子ふりかけを両方味見をしましたが、どちらも味の塩味が強くて食べられませんでした。その土地のお野菜の風味を楽しみたいと思って食べてみたんですが、既成のお香ことふりかけはシェフも吟味されてないのでしょうね。そこが少し残念でした。それでも十分満足です。

We loved staying at this hotel.
Pros:

It overlooks the part of Hiroshima Bay between the island of Miyajima and the mainland. The lakeside view offers a view of the famous Tori gate at Itsukushima Shrine. The breakfast was lovely, the staff was great. The Onsen is well appointed and provides relaxation after hiking around the island. The location is a bit outside the city but within a 20-minute walk.
