Cons:

Das Zimmer war schlicht und alle Sitzmöglichkeiten / im Zimmer / in der Lobby / Essensraum, war alles abwaschbares Material. Fühlte sich nicht besonders an.

Es war trotzdem schön!! Meine Familie hat es genossen!!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das vorreservierte Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Die Thermalbäder waren hervorragend, und alles war super sauber. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttlebus-Service an!

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite bekommen. Leider war der Verkehr selbst am späten Abend noch laut.

とてもいい旅でした
Pros:

お部屋も広くて綺麗に清掃もされていました。大浴場も気持ちよく、シャンプー類のバイキング、湯上がりのアイスなどお得に楽しめました。最上階ロビーからの瀬戸内の眺めも最高です。また泊まりたいです！

ファイン!!
Pros:

大変静かで館内でも人に合うことも少なく気を遣わずに良かった。又、部屋からのロケーションも最高で宮島鳥居が良く見え感激しました。

Cons:

ソファーベッドを初めて使わせてもらいましたが「ベットの中心部が凹んで」いて寝心地が良くなかったです。
あんなものかもしれませんが・・・。

Pros:

Very Nice Hotel with exceptional views
Excellent Breakfast
Reception Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

I was confused about location
My fault
I thought it was actually on Miyajima
And had to take Ferry back to Hiroshima side

最高のホテル
Pros:

到着してチェックインの時にメープルフィナンシェを1箱いただきました。お部屋には廿日市の有名なけん玉のプレゼントをいただき、お風呂上がりのビールも飲み放題。シャンプートリートメントも好きなものを小さなカップに入れて試すことができます。宮島が目の前に見えて、とても開放感のある窓がとても素敵でした。
朝食はハーフバイキングでお魚やお野菜を自分で焼いて食べる暖かいおもてなし最高です。その他のバイキング料理もとても美味しくお雑煮、おせち料理のミニ版などどれも最高すぎて幸せなお正月でした。今回2回目でしたが来年も必ず行きます。スタッフの皆様もとても感じ良く快適な時間を過ごすことができてありがとうございます。
