The location and design is impressive. We loved the view of the bay and the fact you can see the surf break, outside rights. The food was great especially breakfast with a good coffee. If your on a surf trip, me and my 2 sons were able to walk straight out the front of the hotel and jump in a boat to any surf break in the Gerupuk bay, just pay at the front desk and the staff organised everything, cheaper then a boat for 3 to Kuta reef Bali. It was July and most mornings were glassy until 10am. It only takes 20min to walk to outside rights, make sure you have some booties. Some great sight seeing nearby if you want to do some small treks.
And the staff were so friendly and helpful, any issues they would sort out, they all worked as a team, and someone was always there to help. I can't praise them enough.

CONSTRUCTION SITE , NO ROAD JUST DIRT TRACK - DUST EVERYWHERE WITH CONSTURCTION RIGHT NEXT TO THE ROOM - SPENT 15 MINUTES AT THE PROPERTY AND LEFT
La vue, le spot en général magnifique, le restau très sympa, les serveurs au top, nourriture très bonne, les chambres qui donnent sur la mer
La salle de bain a vraiment besoin d’une rénovation. Tout est rouillé, le pommeau de douche fuit, ça sent l’humidité
La plage en bas pas vraiment pratiquable et l’entrée est sale (plastique)
Du coup, les prix pratiqués par rapport à la qualité de l’équipement n’est pas ok. On s’attend à mieux en tant que client.
The food at Inlight was absolutely incredible. Delicious, fresh whole food options available all day from 7am until 9pm. The fresh juices and fruits were the best I've ever tasted and they have a great mix of dishes including local cuisine.
The views from the rooms are all breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. Looking out over the bay in such peaceful surroundings after a day of surfing or sightseeing is the perfect way to relax. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful if you want to organise trips or excursions. If we wanted to go anywhere they would have a driver or boat there within 30 minutes and had great suggestions of places to go and see.
If you're going for the surf, then you literally could not ask for a better spot. There are 6 breaks within a 10 min boat ride of the hotel, and the local boats will pick you up from the amazing beach access at the bottom of the hotel grounds. It was easy to find a spot that wasn't too busy on every one of our 10 days here.
The hotel staff are also lovely, and they made this holiday really special. Attentive, smiling and always happy to help with any questions or requests.
The rooms are simple, clean, comfortable and private. We would definitely stay here again.
The access road is tricky if you're intending to get there on a scooter but it's definitely possible to do - and worth it for the location. For us travelling as a family, it was easy and cheap to use the hotel drivers to get around and they were a lovely source of local knowledge and tips as well. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Kuta so it's not the most suitable place to stay if you want to be in amongst the action every night, but if you're looking for a peaceful spot with great waves and amazing food then you couldn't do better than this place. We found that we didn't need to leave the hotel some days because everything we needed was right there.

L’état de la chambre est tout simplement inacceptable : elle est sale, humide et manifestement mal entretenue. Des cheveux étaient présents sur le sol à notre arrivée, les robinets sont recouverts de calcaire et les murs présentent de nombreuses fissures. Quant à la climatisation, elle est extrêmement bruyante et fonctionne très mal, rendant les nuits particulièrement désagréables.
Le lit est d’une dureté incroyable et offre un confort quasi inexistant.
La restauration est tout aussi décevante. Le Nasi Goreng était collant, fade et très mal assaisonné. Une cuisine sans saveur qui ne donne absolument pas envie d’y retourner.
Le pire reste le service : désorganisé, peu professionnel et totalement indifférent aux clients. L’ensemble de l’expérience donne le sentiment d’un établissement qui cherche avant tout à encaisser l’argent sans se soucier de la qualité des prestations proposées.
Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel. Il existe de bien meilleures options pour un prix équivalent.

La propreté n’est vraiment pas bonne, ça manque de professionnalisme à ce niveau là. La salle de bain était en mauvais état, robinet, douche, toilette pas propre et abîmé . Manque un sèche cheveux et des serviettes plus grandes.

You need to rent bikes as the gravel track to the property is bumpy.

Vue incroyable. Pour l’instant, il n’y a aucun autre hôtel à proximité. Un nouvel hôtel est en construction juste à côté, et une partie de l’établissement est actuellement en rénovation.
Le service est super ! : le personnel est très attentionné et accueillant. Avant d’arriver à l’hôtel, le chemin est assez escarpé avec une forte pente, mais cela vaut largement le détour une fois sur place !
Je conseille de contacter directement l’hôtel avant votre arrivée, car il n’y a pas de taxis dans cette zone.
Le confort et les infrastructures sont au rendez-vous, et la vue ainsi que la nature environnante sont tout simplement incroyables
