Prachtige accommodatie rustig gelegen in Kuta. Just de rust maakt het een fijne plek om te verblijven.
Er wordt in de omgeving veel gebouwd en Kuta omgeving raakt steeds voller.

Road to the hotel is pretty bumpy
This place is unreal, right in the heart of Kuta Lombok, 2 minute drive to the main road but quiet and hidden away allowing for maximum privacy and a good night sleep.
This place has all amenities included and can easily be hung out at all day without having to head into town

Een parel dichtbij Kuta. Geweldig en zoals op de foto’s. Uitgebreide ontbijt (en lunch/diner) mogelijkheden. Het huisje was te schattig en had alles wat we wilden!
De locatie kan wat minder zijn, lopen naar de hoofdstraat van Kuta kan net, maar ‘s avonds is het pad erg donker en met regen te modderig om te lopen. Wel bied de accommodatie Taxi’s aan die je kunnen brengen!

Tiu Oasis really was an Oasis for us to escape to from the busyness of Kuta. The Vila was next level beautiful. We had a private pool in our courtyard which was a lovely treat. That said as it was low season there was only one other booking so we had the large outdoor pool area to ourselves also. There was scope to eat at the bar for dinner or take a 20 min walk through nature to a fabulous restaurant on the main road for a lovely meal and the best Pina Coladas on holiday :) Breakfast in was fabulous on day 2. If going to Kuta I highly recommend this tranquil, beautifully appointed villa. Thank you for a fabulous stay.
Everything was amazing
L’endroit est magnifique, reposant et propre.
La piscine est chauffée. La salle de bain à l’extérieur est super agréable et l’aménagement de la chambre avec une mezzanine est super pour les enfants. Le personnel est serviable et très sympa.

The accommodation is really nice and unique and really thought out overall. The staff were really friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned everyday with no problems.
The accommodation is up a dirt track road which became really slippy when it rained and when using a motorbike was quite difficult. It’s noticeable to see that the area around the accommodation is being built on, there was construction works going on directly behind the accommodation which meant drilling from 8am-5pm daily, this meant we couldn’t enjoy the accommodation and pool area which was a shame because this is the reason we booked here. I expect this construction to continue for the upcoming months so expect a lot of noise if you’re staying. We understood this isn’t the accommodation fault however we wish we were informed before booking/arriving as we would have changed our plans and not stayed there.
Apart from this issue, the accommodation is fantastic. We stayed in one of the cottage’s and is one of the most unique places we’ve stayed across 10 months travelling.

The only issue we had was the road coming into the property which was more of a dirt track, it’s very difficult to drive a scooter, and after the rain it is impossible due to mud
Wij verbleven in oktober vijf nachten bij Tiu Oasis. Op de foto’s oogt de accommodatie ruim en open, maar in werkelijkheid bleek het geheel een stuk kleiner dan verwacht. Dat was in het begin even wennen. Wel moet gezegd: het ziet er allemaal prachtig en nieuw uit – de afwerking en stijl zijn modern en sfeervol, wat meteen een fijne indruk geeft.
Positief is dat het huren van een scooter heel eenvoudig en voordelig te regelen is – ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen!
Wij verbleven in een bungalow voor vier personen. De indeling is charmant, al is de ruimte wat beperkt. Het tweepersoonsbed op de vide is knus, maar onhandig geplaatst: je kunt er niet goed omheen lopen, waardoor één persoon altijd over de ander heen moet. Ook is er beneden weinig plek voor koffers. De airco bleek lastig te reguleren: beneden erg koud, terwijl het boven juist warm bleef. Dat zorgde helaas voor wat minder goede nachten. Ook is er in de omgeving momenteel bouwactiviteit, waardoor je soms vroeg wakker wordt van geluiden.
Het ontbijt is lekker en het is fijn dat je van de kaart kunt kiezen. Wel duurde het uitserveren soms erg lang (tot een uur) en werden er af en toe foutjes gemaakt in de bestelling – bijvoorbeeld bij glutenvrije gerechten. Zelfs als we de avond ervoor onze bestelling en tijd doorgaven, liep het soms nog niet soepel.
Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en doet hun best, al merkten we dat ze soms nog wat onervaren zijn: veel werd nagevraagd bij collega’s. Ook praktisch gezien kan er nog wat verbeterd worden, zoals het gebrek aan wisselgeld of het feit dat onze was wat klam en te laat werd teruggegeven.
Een minpunt was dat we in de buitenbadkamer last hadden van ratten. Ondanks dat we dit hebben gemeld, werd er helaas niets mee gedaan. We raden aan om niets eetbaars of open zeepjes buiten te laten liggen.
Al met al is Tiu Oasis een prachtige, moderne locatie met veel potentie. De uitstraling, sfeer en vriendelijkheid van het personeel maken het een prettige plek om te verblijven. Als er nog gewerkt wordt aan het ongedierteprobleem en de training van het personeel, dan is dit absoluut een accommodatie die we in de toekomst graag aanbevelen.
