Não só meu quarto mas o hotel inteiro infestado de lagarta
Passei a primeira e única noite (pq tive que mudar de hotel), matando lagarta no meu quarto e banheiro pois estavam inclusive subindo na cama, mala etc
Tv quebrada, ar condicionado não funcionava direito, pedi ovo cozido de café da manhã e frutas e o ovo estava preto/estragado e frutas passadas.
O hotel com uma estrutura super antiga e não cuidada e longe de estar limpo.
O banheiro, pia principalmente, parecia que nunca tinha sido lavada.
Elevador minúsculo, sem ventilação nenhuma e muito antigo.
Hotel fica num ponto alto onde se locomover a pé é um baita de um esforço.

Quando fui pedir para fazer o checkout após a primeira noite, ainda tentaram me cobrar pelo ovo podre e frutas passadas.
Sugeriram a troca de quarto mas realmente não conseguia imaginar se seria possível melhorar a situação.
Os funcionários foram atenciosos e tlz tenha sido a única coisa boa. Apesar de não terem oferecido o extorno do valor das 4 noites restante que não fiquei devido a toda situação explicada acima.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato solo per una notte , ma al rientro dai miei vari spostamenti , mi fermerò qualche giorno in più .
Sono stata soddisfatta appieno , da tutto ciò che mi ha circondata , personale , camera , cibo !
Certamente , il grande Hotel che stanno costruendo , e’ molto in contrasto , con l ambiente in generale, tuttavia , ci sono camere , che si affacciano su di una vista mozzafiato e con un tramonto bellissimo . Anche dal terrazzo comune , si gode di una vista bellissima .
Ringrazio ancora il personale , super premuroso e gentile . A prestissimo !!

Nulla , come già scritto , nonostante il grande hotel d avanti , c è una grande parte dell hotel con vista molto bella !!

Overall van die duizendpoten, ze kropen zelfs van buiten de kamer op via een kier onder de deuren. Zelfs op de badkamer.
En op het dakterras lagen ze overal!

Pros:

The view was amazing, I enjoyed every minute of it.
The staff were lovely & helpful always.

Cons:

I think the hotel has seen better days & unfortunately a very large new development in front to the left has taken the sunset view away. Towels are grey with age & need replacing. Cost 50,000 IDR to get hotel transport anywhere, walking is hot, hilly & not always footpathed safe.
For the price I would recommend

wellwell building noise 7 days a week from 7 am to 8 pm and as my room was on the first floor all the workers had direct view to my balcony and room !!! horrible
