Decent hotel if you’re on transit
Pros:

Well located and probably the nicest hotel on the waterfront.

Cons:

Check in time was 3pm and we waited till 430pm before our room was ready. Not enough deck chairs by the pool so we couldn’t even lounge by the pool while waiting for room to be ready.

I just like the girls alla spa and the people where cleaning the room been super nice for my birthday

Cons:

This is honestly one of the worst hotels you can book in Lebuan Bajo.

It’s rated five starts but in reality it’s three stars.

Staff barely speaks english and not train for the standards of what they should be offering, but they were always smiling at least.

Location is ok next to the port, however always noisy because of all the traffic of the small boats. But the hotel provides you ear plugs.

If you want to enjoy their infinity pool be mindful that for 200 the hotel has approx, they only have 7 sun-beds which some don’t have cushions. The service to order food is really bad, and you have to beg them for what you want to order. Then they bring the plates but they don’t clean it

Pros:

Breathaking view, rooms are outstanding. Just minimalist but tasteful. I love the design of this hotel. I travel solo as a middle aged woman, but i feel really safe and i dont feel lonely. The staffs are so warm and helpful and you don't feel the cold, intimidating vibes like you are in most 4 stars or 5 stars hotel. It feels easy and comfy, yet luxury. It is my top 5 best luxury hotel in Indonesia.

Convenient stay for liveaboard access, great breakfast
Pros:

Super convenient location pre liveaboard. Good on site restaurant and views. Welcome drink and included non Alcohol mini bar was nice. Great view from room

Cons:

Upper pool looked cloudy so we didn’t swim - disappointing given the lovely view. Welcome free foot massage for one person on a 2 person booking is a bit scammy pushing you to pay for a second.

Beautiful views of the water. Very nice variety for breakfast.

Cons:

I took one of the water bottles from the room downstairs during sunset and left it on a table in the lobby. The other bottle, I’m not sure. I may have put it in the trash bin by accident. It was not clear that they were to remain in the room.
A woman chased down our airport shuttle and insisted that I pay for 2 bottles. Crazy. The tag on the bottles says “Complimentary”. If only the liquid is complimentary, please explain clearly so there is no confusion.

After my massage in the spa, a lady from the front desk asked me to scan a QR code to write a review.
She then took my phone, wrote a review in horrible English, and submitted it without asking my permission.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Meruorah Komodo Labuan Bajo. Das Hotel ist modern, sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert.

Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns das Abendbuffet mit Live-Musik. Die Atmosphäre war einfach wunderschön und das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Da ich keinen Fisch esse, hat das Küchenteam am zweiten Abend sogar extra frische Beef- und Chicken-Spieße für mich zubereitet. Diese persönliche Aufmerksamkeit und der tolle Service haben uns besonders beeindruckt und gezeigt, wie sehr hier auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen wird.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
