View is incredible and staff absolutely lovely.
We loved spending the afternoon at the pool. There were always some shady spots so we were able to spend several hours out there. We also liked the breakfast, a very nice touch.
The room was a bit bright and loud being so close to the main road.
The villas are just gorgeous. The harbour view and sunsets are out of this world. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!
l liked the view from the room's balcony the size of the room. breakfast delivered to the room is a nice option, pool has an awesome view, the service is very nice, big and opened bathroom
I didn't like to location, the hotel is to close to 2-3 different mosques so they start theirs prayer at 4 AM and keep them form almost an hour, so the room gets very noisy because of the Main Street that is close by and the mosques.
poor AC in the room (at least room no 13) not working all the time, the breakfast option does not include any kind of drink not even an coffee or a tea, for some older people or in bad shape moving around the hotel my be a hassle since the hotel is located on the strenuous hill (with a reception at the bottom, pool restaurant in the middle and rooms and bungalows at the top.

Le petit déjeuner pitoyable : 1 cuillère pour deux ! 3 sachets de sucre pour 2 pour 2 jours ! Un bouilloire en guise de cafetière et un sachet de vieux café soluble qui ne se dilue pas !!! Imbuvable ! Pas de lait … c’est une honte ce petit déjeuner à ce prix là ! On a déjeuné à l aéroport le second matin ! Lavabo de salle de bain bouché !!!!!! Mele oas une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo à l’arrivée !!! Bref ! Ils surfent juste sur la vue !

Nous avons été placé dans la suite 9 qui est située juste au-dessus de la route principale. Nous n'avons pas pu fermer l'œil de la nuit à cause du bruit de la circulation. Le prix de cette chambre que nous avons payé n'est pas correct (CHF 106.- pour une nuit)
La vue, la grande chambre, grand patio et grande salle de bain (suite), la piscine, proche de tout, service courtois, possibilité de laisser les valises à la réception et de profiter de la piscine avant le départ, déjeuner servi à la chambre.
Air climatisé insuffisant, frigo trop chaud, proche de tout pour les activités donc le revers c'est qu'on entend tous les bruits (mosquées, sirènes de bateau, bateau à moteur, matchs de sports, rue passante en bas). Situé à flanc de montagne donc faut être prêt à gravir plusieurs marches. Choix au resto peu variés. Chambre moins neuve que sur les photos. Ne vaut pas le prix demandé.
The location is perfect with incredible views. We stayed in a room with an ocean view, which I loved! Breakfast is brought to your room and you choose the time. If you have an excursion, you can ask for a box to take with you. I loved it. Michael, one of the employees, was really kind in helping us with the excursions. All the restaurants are close, the airport too
Fantastic position with the most incredible views from our gorgeous room ! Wonderful open bathroom and hammock on balcony…. Room 15 ! Delicious breakfast delivered to room and enormous comfortable bed 😁
Big shout out to Dessy who delivered my glasses I carelessly left in bedroom. She hopped on her bike and met me in departures at Labuan Bajo airport….. amazing service! Big Thankyou

Strange place. It could easily be a 10/10 thanks to the beautiful view, spacious room, and pool. The staff are very kind, but they simply don’t have the tools to make this place better. We had the impression that they are trying to save money on everything.
The reception is just a small guard booth hidden in a dark corner, really in need of renovation, which makes for a poor first impression. Then you have to climb three flights of stairs with your luggage (impossible for elderly or disabled guests).
On the very first day, we ran out of toilet paper since the bathroom only had a few sheets on the roll. The water pressure constantly drops almost to zero. The breakfast menu is very poor – when we ordered the “American breakfast,” we only got eggs, fruit, and a basket of bread.
Every evening mosquito coils were delivered, but on the last day they actually gave us empty containers :). The scooter offered by BayView has clearly lived through a lot – the broken indicators were literally hanging off the sides. Much better to just walk down the hill and rent a newer one from one of the many nearby rental shops.

The private villas were absolutely stunning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the views and pool were amazing. It could not have been better!
