Important information:

The front desk operates from 08:00 to 22:00 daily. Guests arriving outside these hours must inform and coordinate key collection with the property in advance.

Keys must be returned to the front desk. Lost keys will incur on a charge of USD $30 or CLP $20,000

Of planning to pay using an international credit card, the property recommends to bring cash in USD (as sometimes the POS connection presents some problems).

The swimming pool is reserved for guest use only. Non-guests using the swimming pool will be fined accordingly.

Hot Tub use must be reserved a minimum of 8 hours in advance.

Cots can be requested in rooms and are subject to availability. Bungalows cannot accommodate a cot.

Breakfast is served from 09:00 to 10:30 everyday all year round.

Please note the restaurant operates during the summer and winter seasons only.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Cumplió, pero como fui solo por una noche me quede con ganas de usar la tinaja con los niños

Cons:

Pase temprano avisar que de regreso de la nieve llegaría cerca de las 17:00 y a esa hora me entre que la tinaja se debe reservar 5 horas antes. Me debieron indicar eso temprano cuando pase o indicarlo cuando uno hace la reserva. Adicionalmente la ducha del baño del segundo piso no funcionaba bien. Se caía la ducha "teléfono" con la presión el agua. Fue incomodo para los niños.

A place to stay right in the middle of Las Trancas
Pros:

If you're skiing Nevados de Chillan, there are limited places to stay. This place was "good enough" and had a good location.

Cons:

The rooms were pretty bare bones - nothing fancy at all. There looked to be a decent amount of mold / mildew in the shower. My "king" bed was two twins pushed together. Apparently they only clean when you request that they do. The breakfast included wasn't good enough to keep us there - we went out to other restaurants most days.

Tenía el checkin a las 15 hrs. Llegué a las 14 hrs. Y estaba cerrada la recepción ,la abrieron a las 15:10 y tuve que esperar un rato hasta que estuviera listo el aseo en la habitación.
