En sí toda la experiencia. El nado en el cráter, el temazcal tradicional, la tranquilidad del lugar.
La música alta de algunos visitantes que piensan que todos queremos ser incluidos en su fiesta.

Las albercas
La comida está rica. Habitación cómoda. Todo el personal atento y amable, especialmente el de cocina y recepción. Nos agradó la experiencia del temazcal privado. También nos gustó tener chimenea en el cuarto y que se encargaran de prenderla.
Que no contaran con una alberca con agua calientita, estaría super que fuera techada y/o tener jacuzzi en la habitaciones, tuvimos que salir a un balneario. Que el desayuno fuera incluido. No darnos cuenta que se podía tener una experiencia de "cine" y una cena romántica.
Excelente el desayuno y la comida
La ropa de cama. Las almohadas estan en muy mal estado. Urge cambiarlas. Y poner papel higienico de mejor calidad. Poner mejor luz en la cabaña... solo un buró tenia lampara de noche y en mal estado. y el foco central muy bajito. Muy dificil leer dentro de la cabaña. Ojalá tuvieran en préstamo o renta juegos de mesa y una sala de juegos, para disfrutar la tarde lluviosa.
El servicio del restaurante es muy bueno
La limpieza del lugar es pésima, la ropa de cama sucia y olía mal, a suciedad y tenía cabellos, creo que no las cambiaron antes de usarse por los huéspedes. El baño tenía cabellos y sucia la puerta del baño, entiendo que la gente a veces es sucia y mancha de cosas que no, pero también es responsabilidad del hotel entregar una cabaña limpia.
Hay más gente que usa las instalaciones, que huéspedes, lo cual no permite relajarse pues no permite el uso el uso de las instalaciones de manera agradable o cómoda pues hasta los espacios para fotos los usan y no permiten el uso cuando se paga para disfrutar del lugar. No hay control adecuado de personas que entran del exterior, debería ser más exclusivo porque en realidad no es tan económico como tal. Pésima experiencia, no regreso. El check-in fue pésimo, no permiten la entrada a la cabaña ni minutos antes, al final ni limpia de manera adecuada estaba. Quedaron de avisarnos cuando pudiéramos entrar a la cabaña y jamás nos avisaron sino hasta que fuimos a preguntar.
I liked the available hot water, and the little shop was open a long time. It was easy to book a temazcal and it was easy to get into a restaurant.
I didn’t like how the heat wasn’t turned on until 9pm even though they said they can have it on at 7pm, in December it was freezing cold in the rooms. Then the bathroom was smelly and had a lot of mold. The azufres spa also looked like it was dirty swamp water, I saw some kids cleaning the sides of the spa but it didn’t look like there was any water filtration system. The temazcal also looked old and nasty.

The restaurant was not great – the food was OK but not amazing, and it was overpriced. also, there was some trash in the men’s sauna.

La atención no fue la mejor de todas pero está aceptable
Una experiencia realmente agradable en estas aguas termales. El spa fue increíble donde he recibido el mejor masaje relajante hasta ahorita y el personal fue amable, atento y muy servicial. Todo estuvo muy bien organizado y se aseguraron de satisfacer todas mis necesidades. Si buscas algo diferente y cercano a la naturaleza, este es un lugar fantástico. No es un hotel de cinco estrellas, pero en general fue una experiencia fantástica, se los recomiendo.
A truly delightful experience at these hot springs. The massage therapist was amazing, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Everything was very well organized, and they made sure to meet all my needs. If you're looking for something different and close to nature, this is a fantastic place. It's not a five-star hotel resort, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The overall scenery was beautiful and the massage was great. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate us as best as they could.
It was very cold at night and there was no heating sufficient to warm us up. Plus there was a LOT of wasps in the area that entered the rooms. To get rid of them, the staff had to fumigate the rooms which left a very unpleasant odor that did not go away.
