El agua es muy agradable hay albercas de diferentes temperaturas. La chica de los masajes te resetea la vida súper recomendada.

Beautiful setting, nice pools with varying degrees of warmth, but communication was difficult.

Cons:

It was difficult to communicate with the staff as it seems they don’t have much experience with people who aren’t fluent in Spanish. I don’t have trouble communicating in other parts of Mexico with my limited Spanish speaking abilities, combined with Google translate when needed, but here, it was very confusing and frustrating. They display a large menu of spa services however it is difficult to reserve anything. It seems that they can only provide one service at a time. I had messaged the resort weeks before our stay regarding spa services and but upon arrival it seemed that things operated differently.

Lovely springs, nice location, need better mattresses
Pros:

Good breakfast. Nice woodsy location, spring water plenty warm! Staff were nice.

Cons:

Room pretty small and mattress very bad. Second night, we used all blankets as a "mattress topper" to create more padding. For this price, please provide nicer mattresses. Bathroom was not very inviting either.
