素泊まりなら問題なしだけど...
Pros:

文字通り、「ベッド・トイレ・シャワーのみ」というシンプルなホテルです。
素泊まりでも問題ないという人には良いホテルだと思います。

・スタッフがフレンドリー
・大通りに面していてアクセスしやすい
・近くにコンビニやスーパーがある
・Wi-Fiは比較的安定していて、Zoomミーティングも問題なくできた

Cons:

内側からかける鍵が簡易的だったため、セキュリティ面に少し不安がありました。
部屋はかなり暗く、窓やドアを開ければ明るくはなりますが、外から部屋の中が丸見えになってしまいます。

また、エアコンや扇風機がないため、室内は暑く湿気も多めでした。
シャワーやトイレ周辺の壁にはカビも見られました。

電子レンジや冷蔵庫もないので、テイクアウトした食事を部屋でゆっくり食べるには少し不便です。

一番気になったのは虫です。
小さなアリが毎日壁の穴から出てきていて、どこかに巣があるのかなと思いました。
また、小さなゴキブリも3〜4匹ほど見かけました。いずれもバスルームで見つけたため、毎晩少し落ち着かない気持ちでシャワーを使っていました。

価格を考えれば相応なのかもしれませんが、個人的には、他の安めのゲストハウスの方が快適に過ごせたかなと感じました。

Quiero destacar la labor de la recepcionista Selene la cual me ayudó mucho ya que la.noche anterior a irme me robaron a la salida de un concierto y tuvo toda su disposicion conmigo prestandome su movil y ayudandome en gestiones, de resto el hotel esta muy bien

O custo e benefício é muito bom e a localização é perto do centro histórico.
Pros:

Se o hóspede procurar um lugar para dormir e tomar banho, pensa em passar a maior parte do tempo conhecendo os pontos turísticos eu acredito que o hotel vale a pena. A cama era confortável e tinha várias tomadas. A internet era bem rápida e não caiu nenhuma vez.

Cons:

A rua onde fica o hotel é bem movimenta tanto de dia como de noite e o quarto não tem isolamento acústico isso talvez incomode algumas pessoas. Não sei se todos os quartos são iguais, mas no que fiquei só tinham janelas para dentro do hotel.

Me gustó la ubicación y el personal es muy atento, si ellos pueden resolver algo, lo hacen. Es un hotel muy limpio, cobertores y sábanas estaban muy limpios, la cama está en buen estado. En resumen, por el precio de las habitaciones, el lugar está muy bien, lo recomiendo

Cons:

La acústica del hotel no es buena, se escuchan las conversaciones del patio y me tocó que la gente que saca la basura hiciera mucho ruido en la noche, cuando ya hay gente durmiendo.
También es un hotel donde se siente mucho calor

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí, lo único que no me agrada es que hay que estar aguantando el calor dentro de la habitación. Entiendo que por el precio no se pueda tener aire acondicionado, pero mínimo un ventilador estaría muy bien. Es todo, con lo demás no he tenido ningún problema, cumple con lo que promete, buena ubicación, el personal fue amable y el lugar estaba limpio.

La ubicación está bastante bien, el precio muy accesible, staff muy agradable, bastante limpio el lugar, si sólo llegas a dormir es más que funcional

Cons:

Falta ventilación, se siente muy sofocado todo hasta con las ventanas abiertas, un pequeño ventilador USB hace maravillas para recircular el aire, y la falta de privacidad (cualquiera puede ver para adentro del cierto), una especie de mini refri chiquito para al menos guardar unas 2 latas de refresco estarían bien, ah si, y en el tercer piso no hay cortinas de baño!
