Solo diría que si vas con maleta grande los pasillos y el acceso es un poco estrecho pero no imposible, solo que en algunas habitaciones encontraras unos cuantos escalones por sufrir pero nada grave.

一階の部屋で光があまり入らなかったので暗かったのと、湿気がこもっている感じがありました。ミニキッチンがあり、コンロ、電子レンジやコーヒーメーカー、食器はありましたが、調味料や油、食器用洗剤などがなかったので、買ってきたものを食べるぐらいしかできないと思います。

The biggest issue with Casa Now is the lack of customer care and flexibility. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude and unwelcoming, both at night and again the next morning. There was no sense of hospitality at all.

We arrived late and politely asked for a late checkout of just one hour. Despite explaining our situation multiple times, we were told we had to pay more than half the price of the room for that single hour. When we tried to discuss it, the response was cold and dismissive: “This is our policy, it’s your problem.” No empathy, no willingness to help, and absolutely no customer intimacy. You really don’t feel welcome as a guest here.

Communication was also very poor. Messages via Booking.com were simply ignored, which is frustrating and unprofessional.

On top of that, the facilities were disappointing. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the bed was extremely hard (I woke up with back pain), and the hot water situation was badly explained. When I tried to shower, the water was ice cold, and we were never informed in advance that the system works differently than in normal accommodations.

The only positive aspect of this stay is the location, which is genuinely good and convenient. Unfortunately, that alone is not enough to compensate for the service, comfort, and attitude.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the staff approach and policies change significantly. Hospitality should be about people, not just rigid rules.

I have booked a room of 55 square meters! The room with bath and kitchen plus corridor was in reality maximum about 25square meters !
