Very discusting hotel

Nothing to like at this hotel

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The reception staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our interaction. The hotel does not have proper parking facilities for guests, which was not communicated clearly beforehand. The most frustrating part was that even though we did not stay at the property due to these issues, the hotel refused to refund our money. Poor customer service, lack of transparency, and an unpleasant overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Pros:

Room was okay, ventilation was there, bathroom was okay.

Cons:

Atleast they could keep a bin, outside each door, when i stepped out of my room, just adjancent to my room, piles and loads of garbage and waste by next door neighbour.
