Lucas and his team are awesome, they made our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel is 7 minutes walk to the park and Lucas helped us with everyday routes. Would come back again and definitely recommend to anyone who wants to explore the park. Thank you Lucas and the team.
La atención del personal del hotel es espectacular, ese hotel vale por la atención que supera toda expectativa. Un aplauso para ese personal. La cercanía con la puerta oeste del parque es perfecta.

La ubicación. Al lado de una puerta de acceso al parque. La atención del personal, extraordinaria y la comida, buenísima.
Estaba lejos del centro de ZHANGAJIE lo que te limitaba un poco a hacer cualquier actividad que no fuera visitar el parque nacional.

Durante los 6 días que hemos estado en este alojamiento, el staff nos ha ayudado en todo momento a preparar los itinerarios de cada día de forma personalizada, incluso encargándose de la compra de las entradas y de los transportes de ida y vuelta al hotel.
Pero además, la comida es deliciosa y variada, todos los empleados encantadores, la habitación amplia y acogedora (301) y hay piscina, mesa de billar y free laundry.
Un hotel en plena naturaleza en el que nos hemos sentido como en casa.
Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por su gran trabajo!!

O lugar é maravilhoso! Bem no campo com vista para a Montanha. Comida saborosa.
A ajuda do Lucas para montar o roteiro e adquir ingressos de acordo com as condições climáticas foi excepcional. Minha estadia não seria tão proveitosa sem a ajuda dele.
The staff was really outstanding, super supportive and did more than they had to do (pick up service, driving to the entrance of sights and attractions, etc.). Also the room was great. Location is very quiet and relaxing and close to the national forest. Also food tasted like it was been cooked by a great housewife mother. Super yummy.
I liked all, especially the colleagues at the reception, Eason and Lucas.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful.
We had a hard time finding the hotel, but once we called the hotel. They talked to our driver and gave him the right directions.
They helped us get to the park entrance and with our tickets. It was really helpful that they spoke English.
We got a free upgrade and got a mountain view room. It was a very clean and beautiful room.
Their was nothing we didn't like
This hotel, located at the west entrance of the national park, is truly a hidden gem. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they speak excellent English. You feel at home the moment you arrive! The food is absolutely delicious – we’d come back in a heartbeat.

The weather was cold and temperatures of dining room area was not warm enough.
This was honestly one of my favourite stays of all time and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. Lucas is extremely friendly and helpful with park routes and the hotel is located in a very peaceful part of ZJJ away from the busier areas. They also have a pool table, outdoor pool, and laundry facility. Hope to stay again in the future. :)
We really enjoyed our stay. The owner, Lucas, ßand staf were very helpful in arranging our tours.We felt that we were visiting family rather than staying at a hotel. The location was conveniently very near one of thw park entrances.

Everything was excellent. They superbly help you organise your time there, they know all the parks perfectly so the advice and organisation was brilliant. Super kind people! Also food was super nice. Recommended 100%! Especially if you want to explore the parks by yourself.
The staff was incredibly helpful they helped us to buy the tickets for ZJJ national park and Tianmenshan and also to organise the tour. The position is perfect to visit ZJJ National Park, just 2 minutes by car from the north entrance cableway. The food and the room exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful experience especially because of the place where we were staying. We definitely recommend it!
Nothing
The room was clean and nice, the water pressure is great and the soundproofing is good. The staff were also very nice and helpful. The entrance gate to Yangjiajie is 5mins away by walk from the hostel.
The food at the hostel is good too, I recommend the Iron Plate beef. For breakfast you can choose between a more typical chinese breakfast and a western style one.
They give you a map and help with the itinerary, they speak English so no worries.

Great food. Eason is very friendly and provides great service and information to ZZJ park.
Vicinity / location does not offer many options to restaurants. A rather quiet and small town in this entrance to the park.
If you are travelling to the national park it’s the best location you can find as it is just near the entrance which is not that popular among the tourists so you can avoid the queues in the morning!
