Great stay in Anuradhapura — super friendly, clean, central, and excellent value!
Pros:

Our stay at David Villa in Anuradhapura was great! My friend and I booked two rooms and felt at home from the first minute. The host and staff are super friendly — the kind of people who make you smile before you even had your morning tea.
The place is very clean, centrally located, and you can reach everything on foot (which is perfect after a big Sri Lankan dinner 😄). The price–performance ratio is excellent.
If you’re looking for a comfortable stay right in the heart of Anuradhapura, I can wholeheartedly recommend David Villa!

Not a great place for someone who expects a vacation there are better places for a few bucks more.
Pros:

Nothing great to say. The owner tries his best to market the place.

Cons:

Nothing specific it's just a small location converted to multiple small rooms. Wash rooms are also very small. I booked for two days but checked out to a better location for the 2nd day.

És a 10 minuts caminant , tant de l'estació de tren com de l'estació de bus per anar a Dambulla o Sigiriya
Relació qualitat - preu bona.
No es pot demanar més pel preu.

Llit molt dur
Bany molt petit
Vam contractar amb el propietari el tour a la ciutat antiga amb el seu tuk tuk.
El tuk tuk es va espatllar. No es culpa seva , però tampoc nostre.
Volia que tornéssim a peu uns 25 minuts de trajecte . Vam haver d'espavilar-nos a tornar amb bus.
No va ser un drama , però hi ha maneres de fer les coses.
Amb compensació , l'endemà ens va dur a l'estació de bus , però li vaig haver de dir jo.
