Alles bestens - gerne wieder
Pros:

* Zimmer war natürlich wieder perfekt (604)
* SPA Bereich wurde wunderschön renoviert - Gratulation
* Sehr freundliches Personal
* Frühstück sehr gut
* Abendessen auch gut - wenn man weniger essen möchte, kann man auch nur "Teile des Menüs" bestellen
* Habe die Massage und die Pediküre sehr genossen
* WLAN super
* Parkgarage um nur €4/N

* Die nervigen Lichtschalter
* Umständliche Duscharmaturen
* Weiter Weg zur Therme
* Saunabereich etwas "glasig" geworden - man hat das Gefühl "ständig sieht dich jeder"
* Der Saunameister meint es einfach zu gut - extrem heiße Aufgüsse - es wird nur wenig bzw. gar nicht gelüftet - nach einem Hinweis haben sie sich dann aber etwas gemäßigt

Wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt...
Wir wurden leider krank...wollte gerne ein Frühstück aus Zimmer..wurde sofort umgesetzt

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer kalt...wir haben erfahren das die Heizung defekt ist..haben einen elektrischen Heizlüfter bekommen...
Auch im Frühstücksraum war es unangenehm...
Eine Hotelführung wäre super gewesen...

Mir hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel Holzapfel sehr gut gefallen.
Das Frühstück, der tolle Spa-Bereich und auch das Zimmer. Jederzeit wieder.

Cons:

Eine Dame vom Service beim Frühstück war nicht besonders freundlich. Sie teilte mir an dem Tisch, an den ich mich gesetzt hatte mit, dass ich an einem anderen Tisch zugewiesen sei. Ich antwortete höflich, dass mir das nicht gesagt wurde. Darauf erwiderte sie wieder in diesem unhöflichen Ton, dass das immer so sei, dass bei Buchung schon der Tisch feststehen würde. Alle anderen Angestellten waren alle sehr höflich.

Schöner, neuer Wellness-Bereich
Pros:

Der neu gestaltete Wellness-Bereich ist überaus gelungen und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Am frühen Nachmittag waren die Rezeption und die Lobbybar recht spärlich besetzt, daher in beiden Bereichen Geduld gefragt. Mitarbeiter beim Check-out machen ihre Arbeit, aber auch nicht mehr. Kein freundliches Wort, kein Nachfragen, ob der Aufenthalt gefallen hat.
