Breve soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

Struttura nuova, camere spaziose e pulite, personale gentile e accogliente. Colazione ben fornita con anche opzioni senza glutine.

Loved the jacuzzi
Pros:

Pretty clean room. Loved the jacuzzi. Bring your bathing suit because if you have neighbors it is not fully private.
(note on feedback from owner: i am not complaining about the jacuzzi, no need to be insulted. I just am mentioning it so others know you need to bring bathing suits. There are large holes in the fences by design so people can look on your private terrace, no complaint but a need to know).

Cons:

Night noise! One night there was a party on the property (with fireworks close to our room) . We should have received a heads up on that and it is contradiction with the “peace”/“tree”/“nature” theme…
Breakfast too limited. Mostly sweet pastries. All other items had minimal quantity.
Bed is very small/too short .
(note on feedback of owner: no need to ridicule honest feedback from customers. This hotel is part of party venue so yes there was party noise all night (till about midnight, yes, in English language that is "at night", and it was more than 5 minutes), and the firework at~ midnight when you are trying to sleep is quite scary, i think me mentioning that a heads up on this might is valuable feedback?
This is not a king size bed. We are 1.75 and 1.90m and the bed is too short; it is a short queen sized bed and yes the bedding is comfortable, no need to feel insulted on that.
Breakfast was by far the smallest and most limited from our entire trip in Italy (12 hotels)
The proper answer to feedback is "thank you, we will take this into account" not telling your customer he/she is wrong)

Sehr angenehmes Hotel von da aus sind sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen

Accueil déplorable ! Et ça, ça gâche tout …
Au départ, accueil plutôt sympathique de Paolo.
Il nous conseille un restaurant à côté de l’hôtel où nous nous rendons à pieds. Mais surprise à notre retour, nous trouvons portes closes. Grilles du parking fermées, hôtel inaccessible , véhicule à l’intérieur ! Personne ne répond à la sonnette.
Nous sommes en zone blanche … pas de téléphone et réseau faible par intermittence. Message à Paolo ne passe pas (enfin si 30mn plus tard). Nous sommes à la rue dans ce quartier isolé et on ne peut contacter personne.
Heureusement un autre client arrive et nous ouvre. On lui a donné la clef à lui !
Quelques dizaines de minutes plutôt angoissantes dans un pays étranger !!!
Mais le lendemain, on franchit les limites. Paolo ne nous dit pas un mot d’excuse, à peine bonjour … nous sommes 2 familles dans l’hôtel, il n’a pas pu nous manquer !
Lorsque les autres personnes ont quitté les lieux, je vais vers lui pour parler de cet incident.
Mais je n’ai jamais pu parler. Cet homme se met à hurler , s’agiter et part en nous insultant ! On n’a beau ne pas parler italien , il y a des choses que l’on comprend. Jamais vu un comportement pareil !
Nous sommes des habitués des Road trip et on en a fait des hôtels, b&b, location, camping … nous n’avons jamais vécu un incident ni altercation … et là on frôle l’agression alors qu’ils sont en tort ! Proprement scandaleux !
Je ne vous recommanderais donc pas cet hôtel qui reste de plus éloigné de l’accès au Vésuve (40mn) et n’a pas de wifi sauf à l’accueil.
Douché sans intimité car cabine de verre dans la chambre (certains aimeront).

Perfect
Pros:

Well maintained and clean, close to local restaurants with very good food. If you have a car and want to visit Naples and Pompeii, this location is perfect, just 15 minutes away. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel

Pros:

I had a very nice stay. It was very nice accommodation. I was very comfortable. It had amazing air-condition. It was not a very big establishment about 10 rooms so you were very well taken care of.

Cons:

It was a bit difficult to find until you got used to the location.

"Traumhafter Aufenthalt bei Neapel mit herzlichem Service"
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Neapel. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich, das Frühstück frisch und lecker. Ein großes Dankeschön an Hasan an der Rezeption, der uns herzlich begrüßt hat und uns ein Zimmer mit einer fantastischen Aussicht gegeben hat. Sein freundlicher Service hat den Aufenthalt für uns noch schöner gemacht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
