Comfortable Stay by the River, with a Good Thai Breakfast
Pros:

We had a friendly welcome to a spacious and clean room. We didn't have time to explore, but the location seemed interesting beside the river and a nearby restaurant. The traditional, Thai breakfast was very good.

Cons:

No major complaints.

Not good value for money
Pros:

Close to the local market

Cons:

Value for money is pretty bad, room was too expensive for what it is. We get 5-star hotel room with pool and buffet breakfast in Pattaya or bangkok.
Breakfast is an ugly room despite of being in the nice coffee place they have downstairs
When we arrived, the AC was broken and we had to wait for it to be fixed

Great stay close to the river and next to the old marked.
Pros:

Very stylish with a lovely cafe below. Right next to the fascinating market with its small restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

Nothing.

Could not lock door?
Pros:

I like that the hotel was next to the market. Surprised that they had a parking space reserved for us with my name on a sign. The market next door is busy and it looked as if there was no parking but then i saw my name with a nice covered parking spot .

Cons:

The key to our room #8 did not work, we could not lock the door. We told the staff twice. They were aware and said it worked sometimes.. the hallway/stairway had a terrible sewer smell. It was only this hallway as the others didn't. The room had a smell as well but more of a strong cleaning smell. Outlet next to bed was located very low and not convenient. I expected more for this price.

a great place to stay
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were early so unable to get into room, but we were able to leave bags at reception (though, just out on the couch in the public space, which made us a bit nervous but seemed typical for several of the hotels we stayed at, so maybe a Thailand thing?). Room was big and easily cooled down, attractive decor. We were literally next door to a weekend market which was amazing, but maybe not that much else around. Though was easy to get around - hotel took us outside and caught us a tuktuk, and Grab/Bolt readily used. Breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

nothing, the place is great and I'd happily stay again.

Cons:

Balcony light could not be turned off until 11 pm but we usually go to bed at 9 pm. Needs dark thicker curtains.
