Cons:

Zimmer sind alt mit Teppichboden. Dusche verkalkt. Insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig.
Anfragen blieben unbeantwortet vom Personal.
Ansonsten war das Personal nett.

No coincide la publicacion con la realidad
Pros:

La habitacion espaciosa, la vista al rio y de la costanera. La cama muy comoda

Cons:

Las fotos de la publicacion no reflejan la realidad, solo funciona una pileta que es la que esta en la terraza que es chica y sin reposeras, la pileta que se ve en la foto solo funciona en verano nos dijeron (eso no se aclara en la publicacion)...la atencion del personal fue cordial, pero al momento del check in no brindan ningun tipo de informacion basica (numeros para contactarse con recepcion, horarios y lugar del desayuno, ubicacion de la pileta ni del gym, etc) solo se limitó a entregarnos la llave de la habitacion. Los huespedes tienen acceso a un club proximo al hotel donde hay cancha de tenis, padel, pileta, pero nadie te informa como acceder ni que existe esa posibilidad de disfrutar de ese servicio. Deberian mejorar la comunicacion con los huespedes, o dejar carteles en las habitaciones con esa info. Tampoco esta publicado el precio de los productos del frigobar en las habitaciones. El gym no es el que se ve en la publicacion, solo tiene 2 maquinas. El spa tampoco funciona.

La ubicación excelente. Muy limpio en todos los espacios, el baño huele a humedad porque no tiene respiración. Los colchones super cómodos. Nos repusieron las toallas cuando volvimos del sauna. La ropa de cama y toallas todas muy limpias y con rico aroma.

Cons:

Se puede mejorar la atención. Fuimos con amigas porque decia que había sauna y masajes disponibles. Para ir desde el hotel, hay que salir del edificio y volver a entrar a otro edificio, por lo cual hay que ir preparado con un bolsito para cambiarse la ropa.. Los masajes se piden con al menos 1 dia de anticipación (así que solo una pudo tomar el servicio) y faltó comunicación e indicación sobre los servicios. Son aspectos a mejorar. Igual pasamos muy bien.

Está sin terminar de la primera a la tercera planta,
El gimnasio que dicen tener no es un gimnasio , es una cinta de caminar desconectada y banco multiusos , al llegar al hotel nadie nos informó de lo que podíamos disfrutar de las instalaciones, todo tuvimos que preguntarlo , lo del parking privado es relativo porque está abierto sin llave y el desayuno pobre e igual todos los días , no variaron ni un poquito.
