Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Posee una excelente ubicación, muy amable y bien predispuesto el personal del hotel, cocheras amplias y muy buen desayuno.

Bueno, pero no para un 4 estrellas.
Pros:

La ubicación buena. Cerca de un super y farmacia , practicamente a 5-8 minutos en auto del centro de restaurantes, bares y costanera. El desayuno muy basico y las instalaciones para desayunar son en el propio lobby muy encimadas las mesas, no nos pareció variado y muy reducido para un hotel de 4 estrellas esperaba mas.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitacion en el 2do piso de categoria superior como habiamos reservado, la cual tenia un olor muy intenso desde el baño, el AC goteaba y nos mudaron a otra mas amplia sin inconvenientes. Las habitaciones no cuentan con ventanales, parecen y se sienten muy cerradas.

Satisfação total, vontade de repetir a experiéncia!
Pros:

Este hotel é maravilhoso, suíte ampla e confortável, estrutura do prédio é lindíssima, atendimento de toda equipe é diferenciado, café da manhã excelente e o restaurante do hotel com cardápio sensacional.
Parabéns, recomendo muito!!

Pros:

La ubicación es muy tranquila, el estacionamiento esta muy bien ubicado y cuenta con seguridad todo el tiempo. Las instalaciones son excelentes, muy cómodas las habitaciones y la comida que sirve el bar es excelente

El hidromasaje largaba un poquito de olor

Pros:

Achei boas as instalacoes, a limpeza, o banheiro eh muito bom, com um otimo chuveiro, o cafe da manha eh ok e a gentileza no atendimento dos funcionarios.

Cons:

O quarto que fiquei nao tinha janela, ou melhor dizendo, tinha duas janelas que ficavam no alto, funcionando mais como basculantes, sendo que uma data para o corredor do andar e, a outra, dava para um vao interno aonde se viam os dutos e os ares condicionados.

Una estafa.
Pros:

El hotel en general.

Cons:

Me cobraron más de lo qué figuraba en Booking, aceptan únicamente billetes de 100 U$S, la diferencia la podés abonar en $ argentinos únicamente con billetes de $10.000 ó más, pero te joden con el cambio, te devuelven en guaraníes y te vuelven a joder con el cambio.

Reservation not honored, leaving us stranded and causing unnecessary stress and extra costs.
Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that they had not received anything from Booking, even though I showed them our confirmed reservation. Despite this, they refused to accommodate us and left us without a room.

As a result, we had to spend extra time and money finding another hotel at the last minute, which was extremely stressful and inconvenient.
