Nur, wirklich NUR die Lage! Hotel ist Am Strand.
Die Positive Bewertungen hier kann ich NICHT nachvollziehen!
-Das Kanal ubd Toiletten Geruch nach dem Zimmer betreten, jedes Mal war echt eklig. Man hatte kein Wahl als Fenstern aufzulassen was aber bei die Hitze auch nicgt viel bringt. Aufenthalt hier war echt unangenehm. Das wäre kein Yrlaub für mich.
-Nach dem unser Flughafentaxi uns hingebracht hat, könnte Man hier nicht erkennen, wo Rezeption ist, wir sahem nur ,,RESTAURANT,, und haben uns mehrere mals nach Links und wieder nach Rechts uns umgeschaut. Das Mädchen die eigentlich Gäste empfangen soll, hat uns die ganze Zeit beobachtet, und uns ignoriert. Das war schon mal kein guten Anfang. Hier ist eine Familie im Betrieb die aber nix von Tourismus zutun hat sondern hauptsache Geld verdienen.
-Katastrophale Frühstuck! Kaum Auswahl, tägliche das gleiche(Ruhrei, Gurken, Tomaten, Weißbrot und Kâse! Kein Cornflakes oder Müsli, alles wird hier so gespart! Weißbrot nur im Angebot und ab 9uhr war schon immer fertig. Kein nachschub. Einfach vorbei🙄. Die Getränke werden so gespart, sogar an Kaffee dass die Automat irgendwo in die Kücje versteckt ist, und die Dame bedient dich Kaffee(alao kein self service). Frühstuck habe ich auch in mein Kleinen Wohnung mehr Auswahl als Hotel Piter! Und das für so viel Geld was wir bezahlt haben.
-Dreckige alte Tassen! Unglaublich aber wahr. Schaut in Fotos.
-Preisverhältnis zu teuer! VIEL ZU TEUER im vergleich zu andere Hotels. In ein 4Sterne am Goldenstrand haben wir weniger bezahlt für All-Inclusiv als im Hotel Piter!400€ für 3 Nächte, mit so ein schlechten Frühstuck? Nach 3 Tage sind wir Gott sei Dank ausgezogen zu anderen Hotel.
-KlimaAnlage im Zimmer strahlt genau ins Gesicht(ist über das Bett) und dies kann Man im schlafen nicht verwenden, bei August Hitze kannst dir mal vorstellen. Hier war die Plannung sehr schlecht.
-Besitzer kann nur Bulgarisch, nach dem wir das Mädchen gesagt haben dass wir das unfair finden dass Sie uns ignoriert hat, stand der Besitzer da und wüsste nicht was los ist!
Тихо, только слышен шум моря в номере. Очень приветливый персонал. Достаточно просторный и удобный номер. Отличная кухня, особенно понравился шашлык. Из доп. сервиса - удобные бесплатные тапчаны, зонты и полотенца для пляжа.
Не было матраса-топинга на кровать, чтобы убрать щель между кроватями (двуспальная получается из 2х односпальных), что создавало неудобство первую ночь, но нам максимально оперативно помогли заложив щель одеялом.

Всичко - стаята беше чиста, храната вкусна, а това че плажа е отсреща беше страхотно. От хотела можеш да ползваш чадър и шезлонг на свободната зона.

Excellent location, right next to the beach.
Very friendly staff. They answered our questions with great kindness, and gave us very useful recommendations.
Being a hotel with few rooms/clients, the breakfast was not as plentiful/diverse as I have had elsewhere.
We had a reservation and unfortunately we canceled it because a family issue. Because we had good news and the situation was fixed, after 2 days we contact them in order to see if we can keep our reservation. It was 50% charged by them already. They said they have availability but we have to pay again the full amount so 150% of the normal price. Ok, I agree it’s a policy and we were prepared to pay the full amount, but the way they presented the situation was too careless, repeating “pay” so many times we just gave up. Terrible experience to comunicate with them in english. Zero hospitality
and flexibility and the feeling that they are desperate for charging money and that's it. We finally chose another hotel for our vacation. I do not recommend.
I appreciate the personnel, they were very nice. One of them helped me a lot with a flat tire! I felt they are like a family, very close to the customers. It was quiet, we had good conditions for relaxation. Also, I appreciate the amount of towels they gave us. And, you can take a sunbed and an umbrella from the hotel and cross the street to go to the beach, no charges for that. The prices for the restaurant were also good.
There is one problem with the access road. It is narrow and inclined. Two cars from opposite directions can almost never pass simultaneously. We ended up with a flat tire because of this. It took us by surprise. This is the only entry road, since they do a lot of construction right now. Be advised. This is of course not the hotel's fault.
As for the hotel, the breakfast options and availability can be improved.
