Pros:

Das Frühsück hat nicht stattgefunden.

Cons:

Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir nachmittags durch eine E-Mail informiert, dass am nächsten Tag die Betriebsferien beginnen und das Frühstück ausfällt. Wir konnten die Mail nicht lesen und waren sehr überrascht, als uns bei der Ankunft freudig gesagt wurde, dass wir bei einem Bäcker im Ort frühstücken könnten.
Wir hätten erwartet, dass so eine Mail uns vor dem Ende der Stornierungsfrist erreicht hätte.

Fruehstueck extra 13.00 Euro, zimmerpreis viel zu hoch fuer den Ort, erste Nacht in einem Appartment untergebracht , hatten doppelzimmer de lux gebucht, musste drauf bestehen und diskutieren um mein Zimmer zu bekommen, keine Reinigung ,sehr sehr unfreund
lich, nach Bezahlung musste ich auf eine Quittung bestehen... nie wieder....

Pros:

Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man hat viel Platz. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Highlight war das Frühstück, das für uns auf dem Tisch angerichtet war. Selbst bei einem guten Buffet hat man nicht oft so eine Vielfalt. Unser Hund durfte auch mit ins Restaurant und bekam sofort Wasser. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen und werden in Hermannsburg nur noch hier buchen.
