Excellent place to stay in terms of quality and location.
Pros:

The location was in the middle of the central town. Multiple restaurants, live music, souvenirs and beaches, all walking distance. The staff were kind and very helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing about the hotel that we did not like. Everything about the hotel was excellent.

לא היה מים חמים והעובד בכניסה אמר שינסה לברר אצל המנהל שאמר שהם לפני כמה ימים תיקנו ואם לא עובד אז רק בבוקר יוכלו לדאוג לזה

Cons:

La chambre attribuée est dans un état totalement insalubre : draps tachés non changés, sol très sale, beaucoup de poussière et salle de bain en mauvais état.
Nous avons signalé le problème à l’établissement et laissé une chance pour un nettoyage, mais rien n’a été amélioré.
De plus, nous avons constaté la présence de cafards dans la chambre,

Great staff, awesome location.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Close to ferry and shopping. Short walk to the beach. Busy street but quiet by 11 pm.

Bien placé, central et malgré tout calme la nuit car tout ferme assez tôt
Personnel sympa

Cons:

Rein de dramatique
Pas de possibilité de se doucher après le Check out
Pas de liseuse, juste le plafonner très puissant. Très désagréable

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien. El hotel es muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Hay un Oxxo al lado y muchos restaurantes al rededor. Me volvería a hospedar ahí especialmente por la limpieza y la ubicación.

Great hotel in the middle of the city
Pros:

We had a very great time staying at this hotel. The staff were very nice, helpful and welcoming. They helped us with any needs.
The location was great in the middle of downtown and right on the shopping street, and even considering this there was almost no noise at night.
The rooms were nice and clean and in was very good value for money on an island that is otherwise very expensive

Cons:

It’s a minor detail but the shower was not working perfectly. It was not warm and not a lot of water pressure.

Ottimo per un breve soggiorno
Pros:

Ottima posizione a 5 min dall’arrivo del traghetto e 10 min da playa Norte. Si trova proprio sulla via principale per cui c’è sempre molto movimento ed é carino soprattutto la sera.

Cons:

La camera era abbastanza basic e un po vecchiotta. La pulizia poteva essere fatta meglio..
