Overall Good and value for Money
Pros:

Overall Good, No lift facility, so we have to carry the luggage to the second floor. Rooms are small, but all facilities are in the room

Unpleasant stay!

It was my second trip to Hotel Perte, unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant one. Shocked to see some maintenance guys working by the window as early as 8am while i was asleep. There were no notice/memo to inform about the outdoor maintenance work which is unacceptable, guest privacy was not taken into consideration. Also they had some on going event with loud music from late evening till late night. Housekeeping was extremely inconsiderate and lack emphaty- banging stuff and working/talking loud, even knocked my door when DND sign was clearly placed. Rough night and morning, very disappointed and didn't really enjoy my stay. Staff at reception can be more friendly with smiles, which is lacking in them. They seemed helpful though,
there's always room for improvement.

I had a good stay.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

The staircase. I was on the third floor my suitcase was a bit heavy.

Clean as a whistle. Fluffy towels and pillows. Very comfortable bed. Shower head with great water pressure. Coffee cart.
Pros:

Conveniently located to our conference venue.

Cons:

Heavy suitcases with no lift to the third floor may be an issue for some. No issue for us with overnight bags.
