La typicité du lieu et le personnel très présent en fait un lieu chaleureux. Les chambres sont bien décorées.

Cons:

Un peu éloigné de las Terranas. Accès en taxi cher au final. L'établissement gagnerait à avoir un petit transport collectif à bon marché pour attirer les clients ou des arrangements pour moins cher pour les transferts. Idem pour l'aéroport.

Here is my vacation nightmare at Hotel Casa Coson.
After checking in and paying for my stay, I was given a room key. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong smell of dampness. The room was full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. The room had not been cleaned, the bathroom was dirty, and there was general disorder everywhere — dust and dirt all around. There was mold in both the bathroom and the room. After reporting this to the reception, there was no response until the next day. I asked for a mosquito net to be installed over the bed, but unfortunately it was never installed.
The food was terrible, and the breakfasts were disgusting. The reception staff were unfriendly and arrogant. They do not answer the phone!
After two horrible nights, I decided to change to another hotel, without receiving a refund for the remaining 6 days. The hotel resold the same room to someone else without returning my money!!!
The matter was reported to the police. The hotel owner is a thief — I strongly advise against staying at this place!!!

Cons:

L'entretien de la villa 3 chambres (poignées dévissées, tringles qui tombent sur la tête, pas de pression d'eau, drap avec une grosse auréole) la cuisine qui ne fermait pas à clef, le volet était cassé

La carte du menu de petit déjeûner pas claire du tout

Leuke ligging, maar de omgang met toeristen moet veel beter.
Pros:

Knappe locatie pal aan het strand, leuke kamer met een groot bed.

Cons:

Het personeel in het algemeen, bij de aankomst had ik nog een goed gevoel, bij de eerste bestelling was er al direct een discussie over de rekening en vooral het gedrag van het personeel dat dit mijn fout was. Het ontbijt is een lachertje, er zijn 3 opties maar het personeel weet zelf niet wat ze aanbieden. Wel vers fruit en goede koffie.

Guter und preiswerter Aufenthalt an an schönem Strand.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Dominikanische Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Die Küche hat für das Abendessen verbesserungspotenzial.

Die Zufahrt bei der Abzweigung ist die ersten 10 Meter eine Zumutung, danach ist die Strasse in Ordnung. Leider ist es etwas abseits von Las Terrenas, ohne Auto läuft da nichts...

No music, not really entertainment. It just a place to relax but when you are there for so many days you kind of boring. The mini bar does not have the service always there or they talk to you about how poorly they feel working there.

Amazing hotel, amazing beach and amazing view!
Pros:

When we arrived we got a room in the garden of the back of the hotel but we got an upgrade to the colonial suite and this was absolutely amazing with sea view!
The first two nights were a little noisy because of barking dogs so during the second night we send the dogs away and the rest of the stay is was quiet.
Breakfast was good.
The guys from the reception and the guy from the restaurant where very helpful and friendly. The girls from breakfast where not friendly, it had to go on their way, not flexibel at all. It was just for breakfast so we dealed with that ;-)
