I just adore this quirky, unique boutique hotel. Each room has been carefully decorated to reflect the owners maximalist-boho vintage style. From the staircase to nowhere, to the flying fireplace in the hall, and the 60s drinks trolley you'd recognise from your nan's house (layden with beautiful coffee table tomes) - this lovely Victorian property is a veritable feast for the senses.
There's a fabulous cocktail and wine bar downstairs - similarly decorated but independently run. Great for an after-work beverage and where guests enjoy the delicious breakfast which either comes included with the room or can be added on arrival or in the morning.
The messages I received via Booking.com from Laura the owner were personalised and charming. And she was there to greet me on arrival, show me around and made me feel very welcome.
There's absolutely no doubt I'll be back.
P.S. Laura - I loved the Haribos and Palma Vilolets in the tea and coffee area. I'm a sucker for an above-and-beyond thoughtful touch like that. X
I loved it all!
Super friendly, great room & yummy breakfast. Loads of food options nearby. Thanks & I would definitely return.
Superb boutique hotel with fabulous staff, excellent restaurant on site serving superb food. Will be back.

I booked the hotel to conduct a test from. Up on arrival my 3 guests came to do a test. The owner then rang me and told me i cant have gusest. I then told her there not sleeping and will be a hour. She them told me i have to go and cant stay there and im not allowed any guests. I then checked all docs and nothing stated i cant have guests. They were there for 1h doing the tests. Then i left as the owner told me i have 1 h to stay. She then rang me the next day accusing me of steeling the towel and hair dryer. I then got a txt a hour later saying she was sorry she found it!. Shocking. I stay in hotels 5 days a week and this was the worse time ever! AVOID
Excellent place to stay. Lovely quirky rooms, friendly staff and delicious food. I shall certainly want to stay here again!
Having to leave!
Second time at Bohotel. Love it. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.

The design and location are great. Very comfy bed . Having the restaurant bar downstairs was fab. The breakfast in morning was delicious! We have stayed twice now. Cottage first time and then the hotel. Both were great.
Not so sure about no staff concept and room open when we get there. The bar staff were super helpful but kept reiterating that they are 2 separate businesses. Would be nice to have some cross over of support. Feels odd to have open rooms . Also, perhaps a heavy velvet curtain accross the restaurant arches to block out the noise that travels up. Was a bit noisy until the bar closed.
Very convenient location. Bed extremely comfortable. Room could be made good and dark for sleeping. Good communication before visit but you do actually need to read it before you turn up.
Over the bar so you do hear the noise. Not really a problem since it did stop by 10.30. We were there Sun-Weds night.
Shower temp could be a bit variable, presumably depending on other users.
Stilvolle Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, nur zu empfehlen👍
Lovely room, great bathroom. I stayed with my wife and dog, and the Bohotel team were really Friedan and accommodating when I called up to make arrangements for bringing my dog
Perfect location with restaurants and shops on your door step. Sharon is lovely and prepared our room for an early checking while we enjoyed a coffee in the restaurant. Bed was very comfortable, slept so well. Shall definitely return. Thank you.
Inability to get a seat to chill ( lounge area) on our return in the evening.
Great little hotel with loads of character.
My room was super comfortable, with cool, characterful décor. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy thanks to the self-service system and clear instructions.
Having the bar and restaurant downstairs is a real bonus - made everything feel very convenient. The bed and linen were dangerously comfortable, getting up in the morning was a challenge!
I also really appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel is. Being able to bring my two little dogs made the stay even better, we all felt right at home.
A great, well-thought-out stay that gets all the important things right. Perfect for a work trip- i’d definitely stay here again.
Bohemian decor, clean, room, good WiFi.
Nothing. Although the nearby public carpark meant I had to get up by 8am to pay the meter.
