Questo posto è davvero eccezionale, non solo per essere immerso in un'area tranquilla e ricca di flora e fauna, ma per la coppia che lo gestisce che si occupa di voi facendovi sentire a casa.
La signora si occupa degli ospiti con tanto amore e si impegna tanto nel preparare magnifiche e ricche colazioni e cene tipiche sempre diverse. È davvero un'ottima donna di casa.
Le casette sono immerse tra le risaie e la giungla, ma poco distanti dal paesino.
Qui si possono anche noleggiare le biciclette o prendere lezioni di cucina.
Consigliato anche il safari.

The setting in the countryside is amazing, the sounds at night were fantastic. The owner was not there but the husband and wife who looked after us were incredible. Amazing breakfasts and dinners. Truly authentic and lovely, helpful people

We loved being in nature and the homey feel of staying at the farm cottage. Gayan and his family were the most delightful and exceptional hosts! He easily booked the things that we wanted to do, gave us great suggestions for activities and helped us understand Sri Lanka on a deeper level. I can’t rave enough about the food and hospitality. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here. If you want to make a your trip great, staying here is a must!

Une expérience unique dans une petite ferme familiale dans les environs de Sigiriya. Nous sommes restés 1 nuit dans cette ferme. La chambre était spacieuse et dans un état de propreté parfait, le lit confortable. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis au sein de cette famille si généreuse, accueillante et aidante pour une soirée parmi eux, comme si nous étions leurs amis. La cuisine était délicieuse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

This is a truly wonderful homestay located in a beautiful area. We were surrounded by rice paddies, palm trees and locally grown fruits. The owner and his aunt and uncle that runs the place are lovely and did more than we would expect to keep us happy and comfortable. The food made by them is grown on their land and incredibly tasty! We couldn't be more happy and hope to visit again.

Ambiente familiare gestito da una coppia locale molto amichevole e accogliente. I pasti preparati erano buonissimi, una sorpresa per chi non conosce la cucina locale!

The cottage was lovely and had everything you could need in a beautiful setting. We felt very welcome and had an amazing breakfast and dinner every day made by the host, incredible authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. The owner helped us book safaris and a village tour as well as tuk tuk’s to travel. The safari was really special. Really recommend staying here it’s a special place.

A nice tranquil location, right in the middle of nature. We enjoyed waking to the sounds of the peacocks and other birds.

The breakfast was delicious and varied. Plenty to eat and accommodating of the requests of a 6 year old who just wanted some toast!

We loved the location of the property. It had a real authentic feel about it. The best thing was our amazing home cooked breakfasts and how friendly and welcoming our hosts were.

We love everything about this place.
Location, the host, and the food.
We are in the middle of the rice paddy with very fresh view and air.
They offered us dinner (2500.each) with very generous serving as well as the breafast.
We were well taken care of by our lovely host. If you need to relax and breath away from the city and busy tourist sport, this is your place.
I would love to comeback here .

Very nice and original place, with lovely and friendly staff. You can feel yourself like in the jungle, with some peacocks running around 😀 Nice breakfast also.

Planing to visit again

It was from far my most genuine experience in Sri Lanka. I enjoyed my room with private bathroom but what truly got my heart is how beautiful this family is. Morning and night, I was able to enjoy authentic homemade Sri Lankan food and beyond that she adapted everything to my vegan diet. Everything was made with products grown in their farm and cooked on wood fire ! I also got to learn more about their culture and some Sinhala words.
Highly recommend !
