El trato del personal fue inadecuado. Nos tuvo una hora antes de permitirnos acceder al hotel porque quería revisar y revisar la documentación, que, evidentemente, era correcta.
El baño está muy viejo, no del todo limpio.
Very comfortable bed. Food from restaurant delivered to room was very good. Nice viewing from private balcony. Very comfortable room.
No card facilities, however atm across the road. Water in shower was barely lukewarm. Shower head needed to be freed up and shower curtain could do with a wash.

Rooms lenins were dirty, cockroaches were everywhere, inspite of good room sizes, furnitures were not planned properly.
The location was good, and the staff's behaviour was commendable.

Nothing only the location
The way staff has treated us. I am married but I don't have a marriage certificate and my wife's name has not been updated they were insisting me to prove that you are married and luckily I was having our marriage photos and family photos which I shared with them. I have visited many places but I had never experienced such an issue. This is the first time I was feeling uncomfortable staying there as the people were looking at us in a bad way.
