Cons:

I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel and informed the property in advance that I would arrive at around 8:00 PM. Despite this, the hotel cancelled/refused to honor my reservation before I arrived.
When I reached the property, they did not provide the room I had booked and instead sent me to another hotel. I was later incorrectly marked as a no-show, even though I had clearly informed them of my arrival time and actually came to the hotel.
This was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. A confirmed reservation should be honored, especially when the guest has communicated their arrival time in advance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Good value for money
Pros:

Nice and helpful personnel, great location, breakfast mostly fresh and of good variety, daily room service, no insects in the room, AC worked properly.

Cons:

- Rooms and corridors smelled of cigarette, because unfortunately smoking in the rooms was allowed. We had booked three rooms, all with the same problem.
- Old stains on the room furniture were visible, but the bed sheets and towels were washed and clean.
- The Turkish Hamam was out of service.
- The facilities require more maintenance.

All in all, this hotel was a good choice and I recommend it.

Cons:

There was no shampoo or paper hand towels in the room. Also, considering that there were two people staying in the room, two small bottles of water were not really enough. It would have been better to provide one large bottle of water instead.

Nice stay ☺️
Pros:

Location was nice .. staff was helpful and can speak persian but cant speak english well, lobby was so nice and beautiful, the hotel restaurant was on top of the hotel on , breakfast was delicious 😋
