Pros:

Ottima struttura,pulita personale professionale che saprà coccolarvi in ogni momento della giornata. Ottima anche per chi cerca una spa per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Ottima la cucina del ristorante sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Pros:

Everything is absolutely perfect. You have a variety of food for breakfast and it was so delicious. The infinity pool is awesome and warm.

Vero relax!
Pros:

La nuova piscina sul tetto vista montagne è molto bella, così come la sauna e il bagno turco. In generale trovo la SPA dell'hotel ben fatta e accogliente.
Ottima anche la colazione.

Pros:

Der Kinderpool war super und neu mit Textilsauna.
Das Zimmer und die Zimmergröße waren gut.

Cons:

Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter war eher dürftig. Zum Beispiel wurde das Frühstücksbuffet nur bis 9 Uhr aufgefüllt, obwohl es bis 10:30 Uhr Frühstück gibt.
Das Essen im Bistro ist gut, allerdings sind die Portionsgrößen teilweise (z.B. Parmigiana di melanzane) klein.
Wir hatten Waschlappen für unseren Sohn im Bad zum trocknen aufgehängt. Diese hat die Putzfrau bei der Zimmerreinigung einfach mitgenommen.
