Was a bit stuffy to sleep and please add a coffee machine to make yourself a coffee at the breakfast. Otherwise you need to ask and wait for each cup.

Riscaldamento della camera troppo alto anche se spento scalda lo stesso
Pulizia della camera appena sufficiente
Cambio lenzuola non eseguito nonostante 4 pernottamenti
Bagni mal organizzati e scomodi nel mio caso lavabo situato in mezzo alla camera
Nessuna mensola per accessori nel bagno nemmeno per gli asciugamani

Un po' troppo caldo ovunque,in stanza un po' troppo, piscine piccine ma pulitissime , nelle aree silenzio,silenzio proprio non c'era ma essendo la piscina family comunicante e che cmq si passa dall area silenzio è inevitabile..

Un piacevole weekend in montagna con la neve

Ero stata già a maggio 2025 con un'amica e mi ero trovata molto bene, avevo deciso di fare una sorpresa a mio marito e siamo tornati per il weekend, l'hotel è stata una conferma di un'esperienza positiva già vissuta, personale disponibile e accogliente, area benessere e delle piscina molto bella e pulita. Spuntino del pomeriggio molto apprezzato, colazione al top. Ci tornerò di sicuro e spero al più presto. Per quello che cercavamo noi è un hotel che offre tutti i servizi, addirittura mio marito quando siamo arrivati si era accorto di aver dimenticato il costume da bagno e quando abbiamo chiamato alla reception ci hanno detto che li vendevano anche loro, altrimenti l'alternativa era andare giù a Rovereto, perciò tanto di cappello. Grazie di cuore

Le uniche critiche che ho da fare sono nel bagno della nostra stanza, il water era praticamente attaccato alla doccia e quindi con le gambe si doveva stare un pò di lato per poterci stare e il costo della cena un pò elevato per la quantità di cibo. A parte questo è andato tutto bene, la camera comunque era super organizzata e i pasti della sera erano cibi molto buoni e particolari, forse li farei poco più abbondanti.
