Un soggiorno all’insegna del relax totale, tra neve, spa, ottima cucina e personale eccezionale.
Pros:

Hotel molto bello e curato nei dettagli, immerso nella neve. Zona spa ampia e ben organizzata con diverse tipologie di saune e piscine interne ed esterne. Atmosfera rilassante e suggestiva, resa ancora più magica dalla nevicata. Cucina eccellente dalla colazione alla cena. Personale gentilissimo, simpatico e sempre cordiale. Molto apprezzata anche l’escursione nel bosco con Emanuele, davvero rilassante e ben organizzata

Pros:

La gentilezza e simpatia del personale, gli ambienti estremamente rilassanti, la posizione comoda, la cena, il buffet a colazione, la spa, la sauna suite molto particolare. Praticamente tutto perfetto, davvero. In questi giorni di intense nevicate sembrava di stare in una fiaba. Bellissimo.

Cons:

Se proprio vogliamo trovare qualcosa, diciamo che un parcheggio coperto sarebbe utile.

Stanza pronta già in mattinata. Personale molto cordiale. Visto che era il mio compleanno mi hanno fatto arrivare un dolce omaggio con una candelina, un pensiero molto carino.

Cons:

Spa un po’ piccola ma a marzo 26 dovrebbero aprire una parte nuova.

Ottima struttura! Il top per rilassarsi e stare bene. Sia in coppia che in famiglia

Location bellissima architettonicamente, bel design e begli arredi. Colpisce!
Molto apprezzato il fatto che sia ben "divisa" la parte family da quella di coppia. Coesiste nella stessa Struttura la possibilità di avere il top da entrambe le esperienze. Io personalmente ho viaggiato in coppia ma il fatto che ci fossero anche famiglie con bambini era impercettibile e non ha tolto per niente "la magia" del viaggio in coppia, come invece è capitato in altre strutture. Bravi!!

Cons:

Nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, solo piccole accortezze/migliorie in generale che in ogni struttura si possono osservare e di conseguenza far migliorare. Ma assolutamente nulla di "inguardabile" o da recensione negativa.
